here I was playing Kotor recently on my first playtrough(best 10 euros spent ever)and discovered you know what before the first fight with Malek. And then back on my ship I got the chance to ask HK-47 why the hell he was refering to humans as meatbags up till that point. After his answer I laughed my ass off for the next five minutes(while crying of course).
So, so many to choose from;
Drunkenly playing Bomberman for 6 hours straight until 5 in the morning, laughing so hard that our French flatmate was banging from his bedroom wall into the living room and we couldn't hear him from hysterical laughter.
Me and a friend unlocking Mercenaries on resident Evil 4 for the first time; much screaming and shouting at every swarm of enemies that snuck up on us, and multiple failures from collapsed hysterics.
And finally, for anyone who's ever played Full Throttle, I leave you with the following line: "You can't Beat a Corley!"

While playing the first chapter of "They Hunger" in the Half-Life mod Sven Co-op, the group of players I was with reached a section where you are traveling down a train tunnel and have to turn around quickly to avoid being run over by an incoming train. Just as said train came into view, one of the other guys mic-spammed a sound clip of some guy screaming.
My laughter distracted me so much that I was killed by the train I was supposed to be running away from.
