Yes, at the National Boy Scout Jamboree, the radio station playing there began playing it. The best one I heard though was when two friends of mine accessed someone else's iTunes account and downloaded the music video of it on her account.

ya ive been rick rolled outside of the internet and ive rick rolled others its almost a pasttime for me and my group of friends and its great because we all love that song so when we do get rick rolled we have a crazy mega dance party until the song ends and we go back to work.
it actually happenend in class and we just started dancing and our teacher just looked at us like "what the hell?"

One of my housemates made the foolish mistake of leaving his phone unattended whilst he went out. I looked at all the songs in his 'most played' list, and made copies of 'never gonna give you up' to replace each of them, changing the info to make them look like the original song. Then I changed his ringtone as well. (Un?)fortunately he found that funny, and has kept it...
