I popped open my calculator, and spliced in an old phones speaker at the io port in a small gap in the plastic, and programmed my calculator to play an "itunes" program and whenever someone hit "play random" it would show the words on the screen and play the tune through newly installed speaker... i had the entire class laughing when i got my teacher.

My text alert on my phone used to start with a couple of guys yelling "Attention everyone, we just lost The Game!" Then launched into some guy explaining the rules to The Game, with Rick Astley playing in the background. That's right, a combo Game loss/Rick Rolling. I had it for a good six months before I got sick of it and changed to some Bob and Doug McKenzie.

I work in the meat department of a small market, and in our cutting room we have XM satellite radio hooked up. We share a wall with the kitchen in the back of the deli and often on the weekends they like to pirate our signal. Which is fine, in and of itself. Weekend afternoons I'm usually doing the cutting so I like to flit between stations, replaying songs I like if there's nothing good on. My buddy who works in the kitchen likes to give me crap now and then about my eclectic taste. Finally "Never Gonna Give You Up" got played on 80's on 8, so I replayed it about ten times back to back.

Nothing more satisfying than the real-life rick roll. Yes, I am a twisted individual.

tell me so i can follow in your footsteps.
Leavers assembly, everybody had to attend, right the way from the pre-school group. Since it was my last year, I was part of the group sorting out the assembly, and as luck would have it I managed to land the job of setting up the powerpoint presentation. The music was supposed to be My Way, by Frank Sinatra, but I figured I'd have some fun. I also managed to get everybody with THE GAME, and it was brilliant. The whole hall was silent, and then after those two, glorious words, the entire back half started groaning and yelling, even some of the teachers. :D

When I was a probationary member for my music fraternity at college, I arranged the song for four part harmony and the probationary class and I learned it and rickrolled the actives. Live. It was pretty fun.

It helps if you know a lot of people are internet savvy in your school, otherwise they'll just be going 'What?"
