Ever since I was a little kid, yep. Some I don't remember now, but my current ones are C.C. from Code Geass, Shion from Higurashi, Lightning from FFXIII, Eleanor Lamb from Bioshock 2, and Amy from Soul Calibur IV.

For television it's going to have to be Buffy. I loved that woman.
As far as games go, I couldn't call any of them crushes, but Miranda from Mass effect 2 is attractive, yet if you've seen the person the character is modelled on, she looks exactly like her game counterpart, except with blonde hair.
I also took quite a liking to Harley Quinn in Arkham Asylum. That she was in a nurses outfit for the entire game makes me ashamed of this.
