I get quite a few AoE type dreams, or Warcraft 3, usually crossed over with LOTR of HP plot threads.

Most recently though I had a weird Terraria dream, which started with me continuously hearing that sound those worms make (because apparently I attract those things like honey) and that sounds just kept haunting me.

And one that sort of did a smorgasboard of games. I started off in a weird RTS type thing, but kept switching perspectives between 1st person, and 3d person, and the omni god person eye up in the sky. And then when I sort of passed that level it changed into a castle room platformer, with bubble shooters incorporated. I don't even know.

I don't know why but game dreams for me end up being the worst, for some reason a level will just repeat over and over in my head and it becomes a pseudo nightmare and it feels like I'm losing my mind.
It mostly happens when I pull an insane several hour gaming session, but other than that I rarely dream and out of those rare dreams maybe like 1 in a hundred will be related to games.

There was one night when I was dreaming of a Company of Heroes machinima complete with the voice over of a sniper. Another time after a binge on a certain online game, I kept seeing the place around me lag.

The night after I first bought the Orange Box and tried Half Life 2, I got extremely ill from hearing the unstoppable noises of clanking metal and inaudible gruff voices in my head, and the mental images of decaying industrial sites and sewers didn't help at all.
The goddamn things that happen to you when you visit your first post-apocalyptic video game environment.

Left 4 Dead. I waited until the midnight release on Steam and got yelled at by my girlfriend at the time because I wanted to play it that night instead of talk to her until 3 AM.

Best. Decision. Ever.

My roommate and I blew through all four campaigns on advanced in the course of that night. When we both finally turned in the sun was peaking through our dorm window.

I dreamed that night that I was getting rushed by zombie hordes with my friend standing at my side. Apparently he had a similar experience in his dream.

Even sleep couldn't stop us from playing co-op.

It usually happens after playing a game for an extended period of time. Although my last game related game dream was about me shooting brutes in a jungle with the magnum, and I haven't played Halo 3 in ages.

I had a dream the other night I went on holiday to Scotland. But Scotland had been converted into the land of Skyrim by the British government. This would bring in more tourism from people wanting the life of an adventurer in Skyrim. It was weird because bits of Cyrodiil were also there.

A few years back, I was playing a hell of a lot of Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time and Animal Crossing on my DS. One night I had a dream that that the Shroobs, the bad guys in Mario and Luigi, destroyed my Animal Crossing village.

Apparently it was a yearly event.

Last night I had a dream I was playing Age of Empires 2 : the Conquerors in my house with 7 friends on wireless, I went to the toilet and all my allies turned on me and killed all my forces before I could fight back (you have to manual unally to fight). I ran around my house yelling "I was AFK you c*nts!" I believe I may have shouted this in my sleep. Before I woke up. Strange because I haven't played that game for years and I don't dream of videogames.

I remember having a Guid Wars dream.
I was in the Dragon's Throat (a dungeon like area) and just like in the game I was playing that mission (I think I was the Assassin class) as I took on many ways of the Afflicted (mutant like human monster).
I was doing well until the last Afflicted but it look nothing like in the game. This one had a circular embeded onto its chest and ran toward me. Instead of fighting it I ran like madman throughout the rest of that dream.

Epic winrar.

I had one similar to that after playing Resistance 2 co-op with 6 friends and a random who stayed with us for AGES, we nicknamed him hairy back monobrow bacon man, bacon or piggy for short. Not in a mean way, he was hilarious.
Anyway we played for an entire night from about 6 in the evening to 5 in the morning. Eventually called it when a couple of our guys had to go. That night I dreamt of fighting chimaera in real life with those guys, including bacon who was just a big strip of bacon that we ate to keep our health up (even though I was a medic...)
It got weird pretty quick but the start was epic, us on a hill holding chimaera off...

Yes, Dead Space on two separate occasions. People may state that Dead Space isn't scary, but it's a whole different story when the necromorphs are coming for you.

as far as I can remember I only had one :( after being on a boat for 3 weeks I had a dream where Tifa Lockhart (Final Fantasy VII), Samus Aran (Metroid), and Felicia (Darkstalkers) all came to hang out, needless to say the dream ended up being boring as all we did was play Spades :(

I certainly remember it happening years ago with a Disney tie-in platformer Hercules. Man I played the heck out of that thing.

More recently it's League of Legends. I keep dreaming red flashing healthbars.

A while ago, before Metal Gear Solid 4 came out I had a dream about playing the game. The whole dream was in first person so I actually assume I was Snake. The funny thing is, the real game was better than the one in my dream.
