Yes, it's called life.

Until they perfect nanotechnology, we're all fairly screwed.

Wrath of Khan jokes aside, I can only think of one honest to goodness no win situation that I've been in. It involved taking the wrong path in an adventure game, and saving right when I hit the room that was instant death if you entered it. I only had the one save slot, too.

Yes, any conversation with an angry female.
I know, I was just in one not to long ago with my ex. No matter what I did I was still a dick. There was just absolutely no way I could have won.

It's called a Catch-22, my friend. Here, I'll give you an example:

There was only one catch and that was Catch-22, which specified that a concern for one's safety in the face of dangers that were real and immediate was the process of a rational mind. Orr was crazy and could be grounded. All he had to do was ask; and as soon as he did, he would no longer be crazy and would have to fly more missions. Orr would be crazy to fly more missions and sane if he didn't, but if he was sane he had to fly them. If he flew them he was crazy and didn't have to; but if he didn't want to he was sane and had to. Yossarian was moved very deeply by the absolute simplicity of this clause of Catch-22 and let out a respectful whistle.
The book's a riveting read, too.

This is probably the most recent unwinnable situation I've been in:

Not many. Most of the time I take care of my business and get exactly what I want. In the cases where I found that was not possible, I then just manipulated the situation and made things tolerable for me. Even then... that's only postponing the inevitable. I always make sure to get what I want. :)

To say nothing of the Table of Isotopes. That has thousands and it grows every day.

people curse at me all the time for getting into constant win-win situations XD
either i win... or i win XD
( do note, my belief of 'luck' means that i do tendo to end up with the short stick sometimes, it equalises, these tend to be VERRY short sticks indeed XD )

Arguments with creationists. No matter how right you are, you always lose.
actualy, i tend to always win XD, they just wont admit it and be laughed at by everyone in the near vicinity. XD also works nicely for rabid/zealous christians ( no harm ment to the normal not trying to convert me in 28 languages ones )

just find the loopholes in their faith. they have plenty.
( dont know what the english tranlation is but there was something about not having statues of a deity, yet churces tend to be full of jezus statues etc. )
also, dinosaurs, why did god have no quarrel with the sea creatures @ ark of noach
again: dinosaurs, why arent they in your book, i mean, it DID get made up at the start of the world, right, so why isent a brotosaurus nibbling jezus's hair (a)

etc. etc. etc.
