Ever have the urge to play your old consoles?

So my fellow escapists, do you ever feel the odd need to play your old ps2, Xbox or nintendo brick box? I sometimes do with my loyal and ancient ps2, so what about you? Why do you get such urges?

Yeah. Mostly my old game boy games. Heck, I'm playing Pokemon Crystal right now.

Yep. I've been playing on my Game Boy Color a lot recently. The games I have on there suck.

I play my N64 all the time. I am so glad my brother convinced me not to sell it. I just beat Banjo Kazooie for the umpteenth time two days ago and I play StarFox 64 at least once a week.

I used to as well until I got battlefield 2 on pc. It got kinda boring because I'm too good at ps2 and once you got legendary on all the medals and done all the maps as both sides, the campaign like 4 times and all the galactic conquests with elite AI there is nothing left...

Dude, the PS2 is still awesome. I play lots of games on it, and it's my DVD player. Unfortunately I've lost my save cartridge so I can't play anything for very long on it.

Oh, and I still have a working NES, which I play Super Mario 3 on every time I get the chance to go home. <3 Original gaming experience for the win.

I gave away my PS2 and most of my PS2 games :'(

But I learned my lesson and intend on holding onto my Gamecube forever. It still sits right next to my Xbox360 for a reason.
