And if you have, what were they like? Did they meet your expectations or were they totally different to how you imagined?

I met Sir David Attenborough last year, and he is a lovely chap. His favourite ice-cream is vanilla and his favourite animal is the Sloth. MY favourite animal is the Sloth, so that was awesome.

I have also "met" (by met I mean had my dvd's signed) by Carl Barron twice, and the Umbilical Brothers once. I also got to meet Ross Noble privately, and apologised to him for having to spend his 30th birthday in my boring town.

Not sure if it counts but I have also met the guy who did the special effects makeup for the movie Daybreakers and Black Sheep. He works for Peter Jackson so I was pretty psyched.

Anyway, thats me, what about you?

Bunch of people back in the eighties, Nelson, Robert Hazzard, Robert Guillame and Ron Jeremy. Also, I'm a distant cousin of Steve Buscemi. Nothing too spectacular to remember. As for Steve, I see his brother Mike at family functions.

I have not, but I was once on the same Hertz bus as Stone Cold Steve Austin (wwe wrestler). I didn't care that much, however my brother really wanted to talk to him, but my parents wouldn't let him. Other than that I have never been close to a famous person other than at a sporting event.

I met Pat Page about two times. He's a well know and respected Broadway actor. I did a few plays and musicals with his dad as my director. Good times.

I got into an elevator with James Hong once. Guy's looking more and more like Lo Pan every year.

I also got a few DVD's signed by Lloyd Kaufman (from Troma Entertainment, for those who don't know) a couple years back, which I was able to get done without the use of a signing booth. He was a cool guy, very friendly and went way beyond my expectations.

I talked to Bruce Campbell while he was on tour promoting The Man With the Screaming Brain. I was selected by Dean Haglund(Richard Langly from the Lone Gunmen) to participate in his stand-up routine at a local comic convention.

I've met Claudia Christian at a wargaming/RPG event. She was great, very friendly, patient and gracious. Well used to the adoration of fans.

I've also met Michelle Ryan, she came into the shop I work in and bought some cards. She was a little shy, I think. She signed an autograph for me quite happily.

Also, when I was a kid I met David Prowse. Not only Darth Vader, he was also the Green Cross Code Man. I don't remember it though.

Harold Ramis.... Principal for a day, half of the twats were singing the ghostbusters theme in the most un respectable manner. I shook his hand and told him I enjoyed his various works, like Groundhogs, day, stripes, and his work on Bedazzled and Orange county, he then signed my notebook 1 page away from where i did my gogeta drawing.. this was back in 2001. He looked ill like he did not want to be there, and i blame a majority of the twatty students back then... I do not miss high school at all..

As a kid, Steve Irwin rescued a brown snake from our chicken shed, then later after he became famous, his daughter went to my school (in a much younger grade though), then a couple years later, I volunteered for a snake demonstration at Australia zoo.

I've met Chris Landreth. This is a big thing for me as I'm an amateur animator and he's a world famous one.
He's a pretty nice guy.

I've met Colin Baker (played the 6th Doctor Who) Christopher Judge (played Teal'C on Stargate: SG1) Lou Ferrigno (played The Incredible Hulk in the 70s TV show) Michelle Forbes (Played Admiral Kane in the new Battlestar Galactica series) and Nicki Clyne (played Cally who was also in the new BSG).

For the most part they were all really nice, however Christopher Judge stands out for me because when I went to get a picture with him him I was late and he wasn't doing photos anymore, but when he heard that I really wanted to meet him and get a picture with him he went out of his way to come take one with me. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met and it was a great experience overall.

I met Gary Anthony Williams meandering at Comic-Con years back. An acquaintance took the picture and Mr. Williams hugged me into himself. x3 He was quite friendly.

I have yet to receive that picture from that acquaintance, but I've kept the picture of said acquaintance and Brian Posehn hostage for quite some time now.
