Anyway, I constantly argue with idiots. Sometimes on this very site (if you want to know who, just look at half of the people with locked threads and suspensions or probation to their name. Not Max, but the less well known Escapists. And UnknownIncognito...). I also argue a lot with my brother, but since that's family I suppose it's different... Anyway, don't. It's not worth it.

You "argue" with someone. You do not "argument" with someone.

Anyway, yes, I often find myself arguing with people who think the definition of "fact" is "whatever I think is right," which causes me massive and irreparable brain damage as I try to refrain from unleashing bone-melting, God-killing, skin-flaying rage upon them.

No! Do not restrain yourself! Let the rage out! And tape it! An event like that must be shared with the world!
As for myself, I can tune out the morons of the world 8/10 times. The other two times result in me having to hide another body.

Take this for example: I was talking to a friend of mine (he's not an idiot really, but he talked so dearly about something he doesn't even have any bloody information about), and we were arguing over good game series. For some weird reason, he thinks that every FPS the latest years are ripping off Halo 3, and he doesn't even own a 360, he's only played parts of the multiplayer with me and some friends, and he hasn't even seen that many FPS's.

I fucking hate people that do that. Or people who say that all RTS's are the same. So Halo, Call of Duty, Rainbow 6 and Doom are all the same thing just reskinned then, yeah?
Fucking idiots.

I argued with a guy in physics once, he was a smart guy really, but he claimed that if the sun was to suddenly disapear it would take half a year before the effect could be felt here on Earth, as that's the time it takes for the sunlight to reach the Earth. There's a difference between 6 months and eight minutes! (i think that's how long it takes for the sunlight to reach Earth.) But he kept saying I was wrong! I'm really not that perfectionistic, but when there's that big a difference.

The thing is most people won't think about it till later or try to cover it up by rolling with it. Who the hell admits they are wrong on the spot when they are in a argument?

However if you have proof or know how to obtain it then your set to win.
