One of my friends had a similar experience as the person there this stuff is dangerous as it is fun so yea. haha
Just coz it's legal now, doesn't mean it always will be. Likelihood is that the company who has created it has slightly changed the molecule that's in weed, putting in weird chemicals, that have unknown side effects, making it actually more dangerous than marijuana.
For starters, am I the only one who thought of the Spice from Dune when reading the title? Yes? Okay then. Anyway, No, never have, never even heard of it.
The fact that people make and smoke this as a substitute for weed is fucking retarded. It has the exact opposite effect on our bodies that weed does.
And yes, I have smoked it. It sucks. Everyone around me would take 2-3 puffs and be flying high. I smoked two bowls by myself and barely felt it. But then again I also have a ridiculously high tolerance for alcohol and other drugs(legal).

Well given that the US federal mandate is making it illegal on the 24th of december I made it a point to try some before the lock.
Its not weed, thats for sure. Its not bad at all, but it is no substitute for weed.
First and foremost, the value sucks. I bought 1 gram for 20USD And while it is true that it goes a long way (I got about 15 sessions out of 1 gram. The effect only lasts 30-60 min max with no real cool down/afterglow
Secondly, you dont burn it like pot. Smoking it in joint form would be a bad idea. It is what it is, Incense, and it burns as such, do you need a proper kind of pipe to allow it to burn like incense.
Another problem is its nature, Given that its a collection of things, your effect can differ from bol to bol dependant on what was the predominant component of what was being burnt. Its usually made up of like 12 different things, so you know its not a perfect blend of it. Most times it was a very light, very similar to weed head change, Sometimes it gets dramatically more intense, something more similar to being drunk or even low grade acid.
Ive made it a point to save the last little bit for use with something else, just to see how it layers.
Honestly, I wouldnt buy it again. It has too much of a Cocaine syndrome in that its over priced and the effect is entirely too short, thus you have to keep consuming to maintain the exp for any duration (1gram lasted basically 1 and a half day for one individual) So its not worth it in any respect, especially knowing that in all likelyhood part of what causes the effect is a microscopic bit of poison. Its worth a try, but not worth a second look.

Okay, you have synthetic cannabis, which simulates the real thing and is addictive. Then you have actual cannabis, which has the real effects, better, and is not addictive at all. And people decide they want to try the slightly worse off, addictive, one instead of the real thing? Now that, my friends, is what you call idiocy.
As you can probably guess from that, no, I haven't tried 'Spice', and I won't. I may try weed in the future, the proper stuff, but not 'spice'. Unlike some people, I'm not an idiot...
