Ever won any game related products before?

OK you'll probably accuse me of bragging, boasting and being an all around asshole but before christmas I won an Xbox360 through the radio, which came a week ago (finally...).
Normally the people who win things of that proportion aren't you, it's always a friend or the guy standing next to you at a raffle. Speaking of which, when a wii went as the top prize at my school raffle, gaining more than £1000 in ticket sales, it made me wonder, what, if anything, have you ever won to do with games, whether it be a game, console or peice of merch, and what did you do to get it?

For my Xbox360, it was a simple radio question, the answer being Jamie Lee Curtis. Ironically, with the amount of times she called in and the amount we spent on software, she calls it the 'most expensive thing I ever won' ^^

FIFA Soccer World Championship 2002 in Japan & South Korea, Ubisoft Morrowind Forums :
I corectly bet for the correct half-final resuslts and I won a wooden Morrowind-Pen.

The only thing I've ever won in a game tournament is a silver platter to have my ass handed back to me on. I've never won a contest where a video game thing was the prize. Lord knows I've tried.

Remember Lunchables? Those disgusting boxed lunches that had pizza, nachos, etc. Well, they always had those "open for a chance to win a prize". Way back when I was in elementary school, I got one one day, and I won. First prize. My choice of either (all for the Sega Genesis) Sonic III, Echo the Dolphin, or Sonic&Knuckles (the one that had other sonic games fit ONTOP of it so you could play them as Knuckles). Best thing Ive ever one mostly because noone ever thought anyone ever won any of that crap. I was happy. Oh, and I got Sonic&Knuckles, and it was awesome.

Pokemon Stadium 2 in my school's raffle in the second grade.

My sister won a Gameboy Advance SP at Burger King, and I ended up with it.

I won the original Playstation at my grade school christmas fair. That's about it.

I won mine at a raffle at the college I was attending at the time. I haven't won anything major since.

Uh, my father found the lucky can of beer and won us a Playstation several years ago. One of those big, grey circle button-covered things.

3rd place in a Pump it Up tournament a long time ago. I won $12, and after the $5 entry fee I walked out of there with $7. Those hundreds of dollars I spent on getting better finally paid off, I guess.

At the Halo 3 launch at Gamestop, I played that shoot-the-target, win-a-prize game they had with a nerf gun and a cardboard target. I won a free 20oz bottle of Game Fuel.

I was also a lucky random winner in an old GameFAQs contest ($35 at Electronics Boutique- yeah, that long ago), and a random winner in a Nintendo Pokemon contest: I won a Team Rocket T-shirt that didn't fit. Sweet.

The moral of this post is enter every contest you see. Except for those creepy-looking ones to win a car in the corner at Wendy's. I wouldn't trust those guys with my address and phone number. But if Nintendo has a contest (like they do all the time), enter it. Go crazy, you'll probably win something sooner or later.

I used to win stuff all the time on the N-Gage forums, shame the console died a death really. I even have a shop-sized display stand with an N-Gage attached in my apartment.
