Typhoid (Mary Walker) as depicted in Elektra, and Elektra from 007 (The World Is Not Enough) would have to be in my top ranks of evilest women characters.

That uber religious woman in "The Mist".

A friend of mine, who watched it in the theater, told me that (SPOILERS) when she was shot in the head, people applauded in response.
She played to my favorite stereotype: Villains who believe themselves heroes. She couldn't be considered truly maliciously evil because she really thought she was saving everyone. However, Her actions caused evil to happen because they came from a place of ignorance.

What, no Love for Shodan? Even though she's a computer? Or her cousin GLaDOS? I never felt more justified doling out vengeance as I did with GLaDOS.

Wait she was the badguy in the fourth one? I think I need to watch this again.
The good one died at the end of 3...
But she ended up saving the world again.

And I always called Hijinks with the explanation of why they cloned Ripley. I didn't think being pregnant was imprinted on your DNA. Much less the exact composition of the embryo that was forcibly planted into your stomach and had no genetic material from you at all.

Maybe people aren't mentioning them since they're technically genderless but rather take on pleasing female mannerisms/voices/looks? I don't know, but there's some sense in a homicidal computer being a homicidal computer no matter the "mask".
