Its been nearly a month since I ordered it, its coming from Germany, it took 2 weeks for them to actually ship it and its been 2 weeks in waiting.

Asked for a refund, because at this point its taking the piss.

It seems the couriers are using the level of customer service they saw Microsoft employ.

I believe that you need to buy a key. How much do they cost over there, anyway?

As I said, I ordered a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit from Germany and its taken an age to arrive.

Wanting to get refund as we can probably get one cheaper here (we ordered it for 40 pound) We have a friend who owns a computer shop who can hook us up with one for free.

That sounds like the way to go.
