Exotic Animals get loose in Ohio

You know, this whole story makes me very sad. Some douchebag keeps several wild animals as pets, lets them loose, kills himself and the cops slaughter all the animals.

Has nobody heard of this interesting contraption called a tranquilizer gun? See, it's non-lethal, and works wonders on oh say....endangered tigers?

Why on earth did they need to kill them? What a complete overreaction.

However, more importantly, why was this man allowed to keep them in the first place without proper and constant inspection and reqwuirements placed upon him?

Having visited the area repeatedly, I can safely say a hoard of wild animals loose among the population is one of the best things that could happen to Ohio.

I live thirty minutes from Cedar Point, an AMUSEMENT PARK, and I agree. This place is boring as hell.

OT: Oh well. I live three hours away from Zanesville, so if they make it to me, then they've EARNED the right to eat me alive. Come at me exotic animals! You ain't got shit!

Why couldn't I have been attending Ohio at the time?! Could you of imagined the shots I could of taken with my camera? Place it on the internet, FOX News decides to sue hire me for later news related jobs = profit!

Just kidding, but I literally wish they didn't shoot the animals. But, Terry did die by them probably so better safe then sorry. I shall be praying/mourning for his death. Even if just a stranger, losing someone is never easy in this World.

Oh! I do thank you for providing me the link bud. Setting animals free is one thing, but killing yourself after is just baffling to me. Maybe his reason for suicide is clear in theory, but.. I see absolutely no reason to of done so whatsoever.

Suicides don't always make sense.

But sad times for all the animals

they apparently reported a man was arrested, for trying to haul away a cat corpse.

like a tiger or lion, and one room mate was like "I wonder why he was doing that?", the other was like "Probably wanted to eat it". I raged a bit and was like "ummm... a lion or tiger pelt is worth like 5000 dollars!"

I heard about this today.

Why the fuck do we allow people to own these animals? How could owning a tiger possibly end well?

We could always use more animals in the Toledo Zoo. But no. Some moron has to have them and get them killed.
