Lorel Ion ? Underground
Downwards he went the noise of the water above getting less and less. The cave had been clearly cut with some sort of magic as it was extremely precise, more so than from natural erosion. He reached a wooden door which was in contrast of all of the stone buildings. But it made sense; you couldn?t make a simple door out of stone. The wood was eroded and almost all gone and was broken off its hinges, and when he touched it, the wooden door simply broke down.
Stepping through he found himself to what he believed was the main center of the town. There was an actual working water fountain in the center, still functioning even after thousands of years. Magic? Most likely, but he had never seen such magic, possibly God Magic? Also he noticed it was already brightly lit, he looked above and noticed the ceiling was much higher and there was a continuous ball of light emitting all over the area.
There was a good amount of stone streets and houses that were built into the walls of the cave. In the streets there was even tree?s still alive and somewhere breaking through the stone and stretching out through houses and streets. The area was also large and seemed to continue on for a while. He began to go down the stairs to the area below and down into the streets when suddenly he heard a noise. It sounded like a beeping noise and then everything went dark.
Looking back up, the light had dwindled to the point where only the small area around it was lit. He attempted to use his magic but nothing was working. Lorel?s stomach began to twist and turn; it was like his magic was being suppressed. Was it the ball of light?s fault?
His eyes began to adjust but everything was still pitch black and then he suddenly without control began to breathe a lot faster. Pain where the wounds were began throbbing and feeling worse than before and the blood out of them began to flow faster and faster. Then his body began to feel weak.
?Gr?.? He heard the noise of growling and then footsteps clashing against the stone ground. Something was coming.
Velen ? Northern Mountain Pass.
It was interesting to see Scarlett somewhat interested in Lorel. Despite his somewhat Royal past, he had been sort of the loner in the group. Sure he talked but he was almost like a side-line person. Nashia walked up the group apparently hearing the chatter. ?You?re right Vergil. There are underground caves. It is very well possible that the ground broke and he fell into one. Being a mage he may have used magic to sustain his fall. Granted our maps of the caves is small so exactly. Anyway were moving out. I hope if Lorel does get out, he meets us in the North.?
