Go on, define and explain emotions.
I'll go first.

Love:
2 people deluded in each others favour.
What a horrible way to look at it. For someone with such a fun avatar, you sure have a sour outlook on life. Here is my view on it:

Love: The closest to feeling complete two people can be.

I'm sorry, i mean you're experiencing serotonin changes.
Says the person calling people in love 'deluded'. At least poiumty is right.
I made a joke.
As was the love thing.
Perhaps there is something i can do about this.

Mis-understanding:
When somebody didn't read it in my voice.
What voice? You are typing text here, good sir. Fluctuations in tone and emphasis on different parts are not detectable through plain text. So forgive us if your sarcasm was taken as morose misanthropy.

Awesome: When you find a topic where people cynically express their views on life.

And the old captcha is back!?
My chemical is boiling!
Ok, you're a random person who has expressed this view. So I'll ask you.
Why do all you crazy people think that understanding something makes it less potent?
I had a girlfriend who refused to accept that love was a chemical reaction and not some godly force just because she couldn't see how love could still be significant if you chalked it up to chemicals. (Ironically it didn't work because her deluded idea of love was screwing everything that moved...)

That was the rage talking back there, as I might be the victim of an internet scam and loose about ?250. I was so thorough in making sure it was okay, but apparently thorough isn't enough. So yes, much rage going on.

Did anyone else notice the white elephant in the room?

Aww c'mon, you guys had more or less the entirety of the 70's and 80's to gloat, now it's our turn. (I'm only kidding around btw, it's all good fun :p)

I didn't really think that this thread would be host to a football flame-war.
How odd these things are.

Really? How ironic.

To be completely honest, I'm kind of just taking the piss out of myself. I do believe that cynicism is a necessary attitude to have these days, but anyone who honestly believes it to be some perfect, enlightened outlook on life has their head up their ass.

I cant stand when emotions get called something else. I was kind of depressed and I was being antisocial. I can remember some kid at a party calling me emo. I can remember getting in his face and yelling and screaming at him. You can't take something as natural as depression, then attach it to a horrible trend and bad music. He kind of understood my point, I can't stand that crap.
