Mine is from the TV series heroes. It's Hiro and Ando at Claire's high school painted by Isaac Mendes, who can paint the future...it's actually a painting by Tim Sale of fictional characters...but it's cool either way...

Its Carmine from Gears of War, he is the coolest looking character in the game, and I always use him in multi-player. Gears is my most played game (currently) so I decided to use this picture.
