Has there ever been a time while playing a game you've just said fuck it and stopped playing? Times when you've wanted to throw the controller or curse your crappy computer. The game's too difficult, or there's a major glitch, or just some assholes online are rubbing you in a way that you can't deal anymore.

I can't think of a time when I've had this happen, but FUCK YOU EMPIRE AT WAR! Playing as the Empire, built a Deathstar, blew up Alderan, all was happy. Went to another planet and tried to blow it up, game freezes, so I try it again whilst in a space battle, freezes again, and then I try this on multiple other planets and get the same results.

I have found NO HELP online with this issue, since no one else seems to have it. So for the time being I am saying FU to Empire at War and my laptop.

And then he ran into the turret I had brought into the room and just stood there getting shot though...so yeah...

Episode 2, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, ALL had 4-5 issues that hindered me from playing once they were released. Be it missing files, decryption failure, "updating" the game (when its really redownloading the whole thing).

And it's only VALVe games, Deus Ex, Bad Company 2, Borderlands, BioShock 2, decrypted and launched within 20 minutes of them being released. Meh. Fuck you VALVe.

I was never one for competitive multiplayer, so I normally play League of Legends vs bots, once I get better I'll probably go to ranked matches, but I digress, every single time I go in a lane against Annie Bot I say fuck this game, her special character ability is after she does 5 abilities, her next ability adds a stun effect, there is no way in hell that the bot isn't cheating on that one, it seems like every single time I move to engage her she just throws a stun at me, makes me rage every time.

Yeah any dungeon crawler. I tried my hardest to immerse my self but, in the end I said F*** IT! All dungeon crawlers whether its Pokemon or Izuna, a highly generic JRPG I couldn't play it. Everytime I just realized what a waste of time dungeon crawlers are.

unfortunately it was demon souls. i loved how the game made you soo careful about how you approached things and the combat was awesome. but when i was under the wall and those black dogs attacked me i was like F THIS. its dark enough already i can hardly see those bastards

There are a few games that I have that have caused me to basically rage-quit:
Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + when fighting Terra. I'm level 100 and have the strongest weapons, but I still die.
Megaman Legends 2's final boss is very difficult and has caused me to quit many times as well.

The first Condemned game. I had gotten to the level after the creepy as fuck department store level, and had reached the part where I had to fight off several waves of crazies. After dying four or five times I finally managed to defeat all of the waves, only to be killed by another crazy that popped up with a fucking handgun. I tried, and failed, to get back to that point twice more before giving up, snapped "Fuck you!". After that I took the game out of my 360, put on my shoes and walked up to my neighborhood gamestop to trade it (and several other games) in. When I got back home I deleted the Condemned install and save files and vowed to never again touch Condemned or its sequel.

Dead Island.

Let me give you the scenario, I'm walking down a street and suddenly I come across a wall that can only be passed by climbing up a ladder to a platform and then down the ladder on the other side. Simple enough I get to the platform and look at the mass of 6 infected crowded around the bottom of the ladder I have to climb down. Given the angle I couldn't shoot them and my one molotov didn't kill them so I tried to climb down and jump from the ladder to attack from the air. The machete passed through the infected not injuring them and then I was instakilled by their flailing chain attack, and I spawned three feet from them and was instantly charged by all six of them with their flailing arms instakilling me again. Spawn again in the same spot I kick one of them make a wild swing with my machete killing one and am then killed again, and again, and again.

So yes, Fuck you Dead Island.

I guess I can't complain. I beat the first bossfight when I took cover behind a crate, he froze, pointed his weapon at me and did nothing, whilst I unloaded my assault rifle between his eyes.

I beat the last bossfight by firing randomly and going 'what the hell do I do?'

I can't even remember the last time I ragequit something.
I think I ragequit Mount&Blade Warband for a while after I beat back 1600 Khergits from the walls of a castle that, with my men added to it, had 200 men inside. Twice. Then I rode into the open field, accidentally saved the game, and discovered that every time I reloaded, I got zerged by every bannerman there.

So after I accepted defeat and led my supposedly 'unbeatable' army against them in a hopeless charge, I was taken prisoner.

And the bastards took my Masterwork Greatsword.

Well, in my legendary LP of Mega Man [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.312431-New-9-21-Lets-Play-Mega-Man-Blind-Volume-19], it took me almost two hours to get past Ice Man. Apparently I'm really, really bad with floating platforms. And Ice Man can kill you in three hits.

I have never wanted to throw my computer out of a window as much as I did on the final boss fight with Ascension & Tactics installed.

Thankfully, uninstalling the mod fixed everything.
