Not out on the PS3 I imagine? Still I actually liked most of Lionheads games so I'm hoping it will be at least profitable for them.

I say games are good when i enjoyed them, But i say that a game is fantastic when i can replay it... On my list is :
Star wars KOTOR (replayed about 5-7 times)
Fable 2 (On my 3rd replay now and intend to continue.. XD)
Mafia: the city of lost heaven (3-4th replay... Just an amazing game^^)
and a few more games^^

that was what molyneux promised for Fable 2: trees would grow in game time and you could plant them and tons of other stuff that didn't happen in f2.stuartclement said:

One of my friends was at a talk in Dublin recently in which Monlyneux was speaking and he apparently admitted that "when he talks about his games on stage he gets excited and might say more than he means too"
I have to say though, for pure enthusiasm he is one of my favourite devs.

So you become a hero to the people and eventually rise up and become king? Huh, if only that had happened before in an RPG... oh yeah, it has. Many times. Most recent example to my knowledge is Dragon Age, though granted it is optional and requires a heck of a lot of special choices.
Seriously, Lionhead needs to stop touting the 'unique' flag because it really, really isn't that at all. I mean, the first game's most unique feature was being able to marry pretty much any non-unique NPC. The second game they tried, but once again failed hilariously with pointless features like the body scars and children. It felt like they were trying to make The Sims Medieval Fantasy but decided to just call it Fable II. I mean, I wouldn't mind this if the games were actually fun, but since the combat is even more broken than Dragon Age's even though it's more action-based I am skeptical about what the true appeal of the series is.

Don't! Send it to someone interested in that sort of thing. Or just throw it into a Korean internet-cafe, the sub-human inhabitants of the filthy, smoke filled, cesspole of sweaty pale Korean MMORPG players will find a use for it.Pimppeter2 said:

But alas, I'll buy Fable III not for the hype but simply to really see in my own opinion how well he pulls off the king ship.
