I have had no problems, maybe you got a bad copy, none of my friends have had problems, never heard of any problems.

EDIT: "the main problem is what about the Fable 2 disc is that the problem"
what the HELL is that supposed to mean??
No clue, I think the OP (from the Lionhead forums) is TRYING to say that Fable II is the problem - not his 360.
RRoD cannot be caused by a game, it is an internal hardware failure, so this sounds like hes trying to get his money back by Bullshitting his way out of keeping the game.
I caused a RROD by using a game. 30 pitbulls in the most epic battle sent my 360 into the graveyard.

Yeah, I played for over 12 hours yesterday straight (Thanks to a pile of coke) and I had no problems. Just minor Glitches mentioned by others.

Just to offer some help, though, I had my 360 do that with other games before. It would go crazy quiet and then give me a disc read error. Are you getting an error or does it just freeze or something? OP just says 'crashes'.

Hmm. I've beaten the game once and am working on my second playthrough and haven't encountered any major glitches.

Yeah. Expect mine goes really loud and then the Frame rate drops and then it goes quite I get a disk error and then it goes loud for 5 minutes.

I have found a couple of issues... One of them that has been mentioned above. When the stupid villagers block you and get you stuck down an alley way or something. Again, not really a glitch, more like infuriating AI. A simple patch for this would be to be able to walk into them and move them slightly.

Another one I have found is when in combat, sometimes Sparrow will freeze up just as you knock someone over. Occasionally you can hit "X" and you will stab them or stomp them to death, but the majority of the time i freeze up until someone hits me!

only minor, but infuriating.

I've had a few animation skips(they are tiny) during cutscenes, and once in a while the ai will mess up or the game will freeze for about three or four seconds after I buy something and equip it before leaving the shop. Other than that, nothing bad has happened. But these issues are also happening in many other games, so maybe it's nothing that fable two can fix yet. Also, molonuxe(sorry, I cant spell his name) said that once in a while the dog ai will still mess up. It's still annoying, though, when it happens.

How is the ending? Dont spoil it or anything, but is it good? Also, I heard there was no end boss. is that true?

It goes deadly quiet and freezes.

No disc read error? Hmm, it sounds identical to the problem I had (Which was my Xbox). Only happened on a few games (The disc-heavy ones), so I sent it away. The 'new' one I have works perfectly.

Technically rrod can be caused by a game. As you have noticed some games need more processing power than others to run. So with newer game that takes even more power (than previous games) like F2 it is very likely that the ?game? has caused added wear on the unit.

This is what happened when studios push the console to its limits, and the fact that the 360 has a high failure rate doesn?t help.
Just wait till Gears 2.....It's raining pieces orf XBOX!!!!

I've not foundanything game-breaking yet, but there's so many small glitches it's ridiculous. All of the ones mentioned above are thoroughly annoying, as is the inability to cancel certain quests after you've accepted them (like the Oakfield Massacre.)

Still a fantastic game, I just wish Lionhead had polished it a bit more before releasing it.

I have had one minor glitch. For the first half of my game, the barber lady in Bowerstone would never appear and the door to the barber shop would unlock and open even during the day.

After all the complaining from almost every one about the breadcrumb trail before the game came out, an awful lot of you use it

One thing that's happened a few times is when I *do a jesus* (die and come back to life again) the energy wave thing won't appear so I'll just stand up with dozens of hobbes or those ninja people crouding me

*I officially command that it shall be called that from now on.

it is not finished.
Welcome to the world of video games. Games are never finished (never) it's called a shippable bug. Delays cost money, often more money than can be made by selling the higher quality (not more content filled mind you) game at a later release date.

It is a cost / value assessment. As for the complaints / tech issues thread, they always fill up. Goodness knows what's going on with your game, but it is clearly unique to your situation, It probably has something to do with the one in several million permutation of level / inventory / alignment that wasn't specifically tested by lionhead that resulted in this bug (in order to debug it, it needs to be replicatable) Get a new disc, start the game over, etc. etc. etc.

I remember when I played through Shadow of the Colossus, I ran into a game bug that almost ended up with me not finishing the game, one of the flying colossi would fly behind a mountain and that was it for him. Never heard of that bug from anyone else, happened to me like twelve times.

I can't afford a 360, and do not want to, seems like a buggy construction to start off with, and don't really understand why the hell anybody bought it, let alone why people are still buying it when it's past its 3rd year (original Xbox had a mere 3 year life. Yes I'm pissed off because of that.)
