Can anyone explain
memory lane demon door, the one in rookrodge
to me?
Its easy, just buy a ton of expression books for your dog from Bowerstone bok store, go to the door, then perfrom the expressions requirmed to make your dog do the actions, for example, a thumbs up makes him do a backflip if you have the right book.

inside Memory lane chest you get a ppition of life - increases your hrealth by 50 points

Its a great game...if Brightwood wouldn't crash so I could continue with the game...its incredibly buggy.

So far it seems largely the same a s Fable 1 but better.

Currently I'm trying to play through the game as a skill focused hero. This is a very bad idea.

Also whoever designed the trolls should go and die in a hole.

Also, does anyone have the exact quote from the beginning
(and end) after you get shot by Lucien both times.
of the game? "Death is not your destiny..." something. I can't remember the rest.
Death is not in your future?, said by Theresa

BTW is it just me or did Theresa speak in a really evil voice when she said 'The spire belongs to me'?
The first time i saw her i got the same bad feeling as when i met that old blind jedi who becomes you master in KOTOR 2 :the sith lord

and question for curisosities sake, what weapons/augmentations/spells do you all prefer using?
I like using guns, specifically the blunderbuss, with the augmentation which steals health from the target (unsure of the name) - it's a good way to retreat and recuperate. Melee-wise, a nice speedy katana is my weapon of choice. My favourite spell is Force Push - invaluable during some rounds of The Crucible.

This game is awesome IF you forget about everything the hype promised. It isn't what it was made out to be in the weeks before its release, but it's still a good game. The one thing that bothered me a considerable amount, however, was the lack of actual adventure in it. Sure, you can free roam and piss about all you want and never get anywhere in the game, but you can't go out and find a random cave to explore, like in, say, Oblivion.

My character does look awesome though. He has a pointy wizards hat and a halo, and the point of the hat goes through the halo and makes it look like the halo is sitting on the hat and aahhhh its awesome :)

Overall, definately worth getting. This game has some proper replay value for sure.

Level 1 time control is my favorite spell for sure. Since I can just quickly spam it when it stops I only really need level 1. For augments I like the take gold for each kill one, saves me having to work. Also a nice Katana is good with a blunderbuss to blow someones face off at the end of a combo.

My character's morbibly obese, and nothing seems to help.
Vegetables don't help a thing, and the SECOND you eat meat or pie or whatever you get even fatter.
My character drank 3 beers, then he was a lard ass.

Ah I got fat after a desperate pie spamming on low health. Although I don't know why, the death system is a piece of shite. Anyway, stop off at any produce vendors you come across and buy celery. It slowly but surely trims off the fat.

Btw sorry for double posting.

Thin, hood, Scary face, kingly.

Knows your family... meet you very soon...

Jack of Blades? With Theresa still alive (assumed) and kicking, and now in control of the spire... who knows?

I sense a sequel of much epicness.
The problem with having Jack of Blades back is that last time around you had the choice to throw the mask into the fire and destroy it, or keep it and regain evilly. So really the is no fixed conclusion with him.

You also had the choice to sacrifice your sister, but she seems to be just fine. Maybe the person who activated the Spire the first time was your old hero, and he wished to bring back his family, but in the process brought back Jack of Blades? (Not to mention destroying the world) I don't know. It's plausible.

Will Lionhead ever make a patch or something that allows you to play as your own character in someone elses game?
I wanted Fable 2 for Co-op.

Just finished it, best ending I've seen in a game.
Yea I thought the ending was actually pretty good like, a boss battle would have been nice but it wasn't anticlimactic or anything.
The choice at the end was a bit of a ***** though where it was money, your dog, or lots of random people, I had to choose the dog but the cash was damn tempting.

And just me or did anybody else think this game was too god damn short?

im in agreement, although not an RPG fan, this game is awesome, and i've got the bloodshot eyes to tell the tales.

so far it seems time control + skill is ridiculously cheap, i haven't died once.

that aside has anybody cracked many of the demon doors? i've only managed one, and there some (like the one under castle fairfax) that i have no clue about, mebe you have to own it.

and what about those legendary weapons? necro seems to have found one, any spoilers on these?

edit: ... and 2 seconds later i crack a door a find a calavera
3 actually. A blunderbuss, a pistol, and a hammer.
i've only got 2 the sword from the cult of shadows and the axe from the crucible....

i perfected all 8 rounds...

Yeah it was rather short with the main quest but there seems to plenty of other things to do.

For the ending I chose the sacrifice although it still weighs heavily on my heart.
It did much better with the moral choices than any other game I've seen.

Very true as a great deal of your actions actually impact the world over time, which I was very impressed by. My character looks cool as hell because of my moral choice of somehow being good yet corrupt.

With the online co-op that I was greatly anticipating why did they feel the need to put the terrible camera on? What is the matter with leaving the camera the way it is in single player? Also the whole not being able to take the appearance and gear of your character into the other persons world sucks a big fat sausage. I was really disappointed with the way they did it.
