So for Christmas this year i'm getting a epic top range gaming computer, and for some reason I can't access Steam! I mean I type in my password, and it comes up saying WROOOOOONG! So I go to forgot password and it sends me an email with a verification code and a secret question, but its the wrong secret question! What Christmas spirit to be hacked this time of year! So is there anything I can do, like get Steam to lock it? But I don't want to lose all the games that I payed for.

Contact the Steam Support. That's what I did, and I got my account back. They're great there.

I think your best bet is just send them an email prooving you are you and that honest mistakes happen like you forgetting your password

Double and triple check the username password, I'll admit I've made this mistake (maybe the keyboard is set up differently), if it is right then email valve, give them some details and you'll be away.
