I found out about this on a forum. Tnankfully, this was before I became the ruler of Albion, so I'm currently in the process of amassing my fortune by renting out the entire damn country. It's not hard, but it's a weird timesink that almost broke the immersion for me. Why have the survival of everyone dependent on the funds? Getting money in the game is the most boring aspect, and yet Molyneux decides that that will be the aspect that makes or breaks everything. Not cool, Peter.

That pissed me off as well that it's how much money you have in the treasury rather than your actions that determine how many people die.

God i hated that move, thank god i got the guide to tell me when was the last day or i would have been screwed

but the thing i hate most about the game is it seems more biased to the evil characters than the good ones. most of the weapons you get only get upgraded if you do evil things, if you play good you need to get 8.5 MILLION to get all the good options and save everyone, while being evil you only need to get less than a million, hell it took me over twice as long to play good than evil beacause of the damn massive grid to gain money
This as well, 'cept I only really realized around the last few days how crucial money was.

They really needed to rethink the weapon upgrade system. Besides more than half of the weapons requiring you to be evil, you usually need to kill an obscene number of one type of enemy in order to upgrade it. (as I recall, one rifle requires that you kill 400 mercs. Mercs aren't all that plentiful Fable 3!)

And what's up with most of the quests being evil? I mean I missed out on so many guild seals simply because I didn't want to murder someone
