I don't think it went down quite like that, it was a bit more complex. That's more like what you would see in a Polish Chernobyl. Sorry.
Actually it was kinda like that. There were two buttons. They knew that button 1 does it right and button 2 does it wrong. Some guy pressed button 1 but for some reason the button 2 scenario happened.

That's not how it happened, it was because of bad design choices, enough water didn't get in to cool the radiation and...BOOM

I once tried to make custom content for Halo Custom Edition for PC. It didn't work out so well...

Funny enough, what I was trying to do had nothing to do with the character model so I have no idea what I did or how I did it.

Now, because I want to pick on someone other than me, I'd like to point out one of the failures of Mattel. The Power Glove. It may have been an innovative idea, but it didn't work on all games, and even the games it did work with didn't make adequate use of the technology. It was a bad idea to try to mix motion sensing controls and video games.

*awkward silence*

Err...what I mean is, I love the Wii. It's so bad.
The power glove is cool just for its sheer uselessness, how many videogames can you play with a glove while looking cool?

Really? They had a "wrong" button? I told them not to hire those Polish engineers. Sorry. But I really don't think they had a "wrong" button and I don't think it was as simple as someone pressing a button. Spartan Bannana confirms this.

It's hard, but I did it. The trick is not to mix up the formality of your tone. Don't say respectful words in a disrespectful tone and don't refer to yourself as a guy if you're a girl, etc., etc.

which causes a dependency loop, so the constraints cancel themselves. I have no idea how to make it work.
Want to build this thing in real life? Hmmm.... I have it! The solution is to make the hot part hotter, the cold part colder, and then add some fins, flame decals, and a minigun.
That makes no sense. Even trying to extend it in some kind of metaphor, or in metalshop, it's a no.

Back in grade school I tried to make an electrical zipper to keep people out of your stuff. I never got it working, but now that I think about it I can't see any good coming out of it.

Pretty much every time I try to actually finish working on an idea for a game, sadly.

I'm just too ambitious, always trying to do stuff really complex. I need to do simple stuff...

Human Rights
You synical bastard.
FYI - it's cynical.

Anyway, I was being facetious. Of course human rights haven't failed, I hope that they are developing, and they have come a long way. However, by and large human rights have largely failed to become enforced or even acknowledged within many parts of the world. Even in the developed world these rights are often ignored or removed at the whim of so called governments.

Human Rights merely apply when convenient. Ironically the developed countries which do manage to uphold some of these rights for their own citizens are often directly or indirectly involved in removing these rights from foreign citizens.

For example, the arms trade. The arms trade is supported and often directed by government. It is perpetuated by many developed countries selling arms to militarist states, totalitarian states and other such questionable governments who use the equipment to either oppress or wage war. Wars and oppression create many negative situations; lack of governance, lack of social security, lack of policing, wasting of resources etc. All of which result in some of the poorest and most at risk people being denied the most basic human rights.

So when I say they have failed, I don't mean that's it game over. I'm pointing out that they need to go further in many societies, religions and cultures.

I warn you, don't try. You'll just end up like every other otaku who only knows 7 words and uses them wrong.
