I've made a couple threads at 3am or so EST on various days of the week and usually those threads seem to get ignored or like one or two posts then die. Maybe I'm not talking enough about feminism or how Nintendo does/doesn't suck to get responses... Or invoking Daystar somewhere in the post
Ah well, nobody likes talking about fun things anymore, just seems like theres a lot more negativity than talking about good and fun and nice things. WE NEED MOAR KITTEHS!!!

Generally I'm pretty content with the way things are run here, but that was the one instant that not only seem grossly unfair but just plain weird. Like they were shutting me up or censoring me for some reason, but that would be absurd.

There are some topics that don't "get" to be discussed here (threads about moderation practices is one such topic). I don't know if yours fell into that category or if it was just a rant with no discussion prompt/value (as they do kill those regularly too).

Still stand by it though. I'd love it if Xbox banned people for Racial/Ethnic/Religious/Sexual slurs. There are tons of ways to insult people and taunt them with out resorting to low brow unintelligent insults.

And I would love it if MS banned "10 year old squeakers" from the servers. There are tons of ways to talk without squeaking and resorting to "your mom" jabs. /sarcasm... But see my point?

Anyway they do ban people for Racial/Ethnic/Religious/Sexual slurs. It is in the CoC so all you can to do is report them. The issue I have is when I slur is considered commonplace for one group but offensive if another group uses them. I routinely call people by the slurs that they call each other. Many people don't see a problem with the word until I start using it as a white male. That gets fun quick.
