I think it said at the end that it's a TV movie so at least theres that.

And why are they doing CG for the animated bits, it's not going to look good. And I never really liked the fairly oddparents.

I need to see this it will be so bad. Also it's good to know that Nickelodeon still owns Drake Bell.

What the fuck is wrong with these people?
Why do these people feel the need to rape decent nick cartoons by making them live action and destroying the stories?
What's next, Rocko's Modern Life or Doug or Rugrats?
Goddammit!
Actually, a live action Doug movie wouldn't be half bad... OT: EH.. It's made for TV movie. It's probably gonna be one of those "It was all a dream!" things.

WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS?

I really liked that show. It's going to be turned into a piece of crap.

*starts crying*

And why Drake Bell? As much as I hate kid actors, they should have used them for this film.

It is a good movie. Funny too, but that was more of a blending of animation and live action, without cgi.

Let's try to be optimistic guys, I mean they haven't anounced whose directing, writing or even gave us a screenshot let alone a trailer. Can we really cry foul this early. All we have is a plot summary, albeit the plot sounds kinda dumb and. . . meh.[/moredenial]

Better Idea: Leave it as a cartoon.
Not as good but still better Idea: Don't make Timmy 23 just so you can put fucking Drake Bell on the cover. He isn't all that good.

I -loved- the Animaniacs! If they try to ruin -that- childhood as well, I think I might cry... Dragon Ball movie - crap. Smurfs movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks, etc., etc., Et-GOD-FREAKIN'-cetera.

On another note: Man, I really miss Animaniacs...
What was wrong with Alvin and the chipmunks? I grew up with them and have nostalgia goggles and I thought that was pretty good.
My rant's not perfect, although rants rarely are. XP --And I'll admit, I didn't mind it either... I just needed an example that that's what was near.

*sigh*

Guess we'll have to make do with hunting the straight-to-DVD animated ones instead...

I loved that show, I'm delighted to see the entertainment industry is on top form as ever.

This is every sort of wrong. And zero sorts of right. I honestly won't watch it at all, it sounds so bad. I;d rather just pretend it never happened.

My first reaction: Wow, that guy reacted a lot

My second reaction: Wait, I had the exact same reactions in that order (not necessarily with the picture though)

My third reaction: I guess he didn't react that much.
(Are those even reactions? Whatever, never mind!)

OT: ANYWAAY this news had made me very sad. FOP was my all-time favorite cartoon from the time I was in kindergarten until I was around 12 or 13. Crocker and his obsessive ways would make me laugh til I cried, and the show will always have a place in my heart. I'm just going to pretend this movie never happened. Now if you'll need me, I'll be off in the "Men are Morons" section of the library :)

TELL ME I'M PERTTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!21!2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
