When you say "modern-day PC's" what does that mean? are the graphics updated or something like that?

It means that it can run in XP, Vista and perhaps even Win 7.

I was thinking about buying it, and the fact that I do run on Win 7 in a concern of mine.

Yep, I'm running it on Vista 64.

Nope, the graphics are still the same. Pretty much any PC can run it with no problem these days. It's just been released in a format that newer PCs can understand.

It's interesting to come into the old Fallout games having only played 3. It's definitely a different experience. I like them about as much as Fallout 3 (except for Tactics; I'm not really enjoying it too much), but for different reasons.

It's definitely worth a try. DO IT!

Just remember: I am not sure if it can run on win 7 but if it runs on vista it should be able to (I hope). Just don't hold it against me if it doesn't.
