Fallout 2 - why am I dying for no reason?

i would think poison. go to the pip boy and rest till healed.

That fixed it. Thanks, didn't know resting could cure poison. This game is tough!

You know what...I'm just gonna play the original. This game sounds like more trouble than its worth.

T'was Poison in the original fallout also, and it was as harsh if not harsher than in the second.

Unless, by "the original" you mean "fallout 3".

Honestly, I'm finding it more fun than Fallout 1. It's a little more forgiving and gives you more scope for levelling before tackling the really tough baddies.

Then again, Fallout 1 kicked my ass, stole my lunch money and laughed at me.

Somebody hasn't reached San Fran yet.
