Yes yes yes, a thousand times yes, I think considering what you're getting, it's more than worth the 800 points, well that's my oppinion.
yes i know but im talking JUST about the quests, nothing else.
Well, thats not very Fallout is it?

You work, your rewarded. Same with Op: Anch and The Pitt. Will be the same with Broken Steel.

Just as a side note, anyone heard of these rumours? Supposedly the first mission has your utilizing a vehicle of some sort.

No i never herd of that, and I dont think they will because they said from the start there will be no player controlled vehicles.

Well, they didn't dismiss the Robot Pony, nor Dogmeat Armour.

Though I doubt you'll ride a Robot Pony into battle in the epicness of the Enclave vs Brotherhood fight.

It better be worth it. I have avoided The Pitt like a plague when i heard how broken and buggy it is.
Did you not hear? It was taken off the market, then replaced with a fixed version.

That would be a nice little addition for those that need it. Luckily, my Dogmeat is still alive so haven't had to go through such anguish. Come to think of ikt, Dogmeat has better survival skills than Charon, given the amount of times I've had to reload due to the latter copping it after going off on some suicide mission...

I haven't bought either (hell, I don't even have a level 20 character yet), but I'm just wondering, what didn't you like about either?
I heard anchorage was crap (Other than chinese stealth armor and gauss rifle/cannon thingy), but The Pitt was supposed to be much better in terms of the quests and enemies(and the autoAxe is hawt).

I think I'll go look up stuff on broken steel right now, as well.
Well the pitt was a definate improvment on achorage, but both just wasent as long or just exciting enouht compared to some of oblivian's dlc. Like I loved the new house's and shivering isles. I still play it too today mabe even more than fallout 3
Wait. You're saying that you actually enjoyed houses, compared to fallout 3's first two expansions, that actually added new weapons, areas, and gameplay? Did you also like the horse armor?

I'm gonna want that perk. For some reason, when I was in Vault 87, alone, after getting the GECK from Fawkes, I ran to the point where the stun grenade knocks you out. Suddenly I hear Dogmeats panting, and I'm like "Wtf, he's supposed to be back at my Megaton House!" then later I he just disappears...:\

Broken Steel is exactly what the game needs. The game actually "ending" put me off greatly. There is still more I haven't explored, but I just don't feel like starting over. I also don't want to reload a prior save and "pretend" the game didn't end. It just doesn't feel right.

After putting it down so quickly when I beat the game, this might let me get into it again. Plus, I'm sure some awesome mods are out now.

I think $5 would be more fair than $10.
I doubt it. They worked too hard on it.

Besides the fact they're doing this for the money, they're aim is to please the fans. They're only putting in freeplay because the players asked, they're only putting in more levels because the players asked, they're only putting in higher ranked enemies because the players asked... I could go on.

Erm. He's infront of Vault 101 mate. You should've got a message at the top of your screen "Dogmeat is now waiting for you outside Vault 101"

Hell, just raising the level cap alone is worth it! (Not to mention that you'll actually be able to explore after the main quest now)
Everything else is an extra as far as I'm concerned.

I got both.
I liked Anchorage better because it was a welcome break, as it felt like a different game altogether.
The Pitt was meh, and seemed to me it wasn't really designed for experience like Anchorage was. Not to mention a constant item-search grind that bored me to tears.

I'm -still- going to get Broken Steel because I want to experience the mass load of stuff they're hauling in that their first two DLC's did not. And I hope it introduces more than one or two guns or armors, because the first two didn't give much.
Though, that said, my stealth-melee uses the Chinese Suit extensively.
