Fallout 3 DLC help

So, my friend is playing Fallout 3 for the Xbox 360. We co-bought the Game of the Year Edition, however, when I first played, all of the DLC was there, but when she started her own game, it was all gone. Does anyone know why this is?

As far as I can tell, the game came with the DLC already downloaded in the console. And no, it's the 360 version, because we sprung for the same game.

the game of the year edition has a second disc that you need to put in to copy all of the DLC content to the console. You can do this on as many consoles as you like. if that's there, the DLC should appear for all users

Oh my gosh, thank you so much I feel sooooo stupid!! My friend was the one who orignally downloaded the game and didn't say that there was a second disk in the case!!
