Or just full power armor depending on what the most common enemy for the section is wearing, during Broken Steel I was wearing hellfire armor a awful lot. Only so I can keep my armor in top condition, the renamed and rebalanced weapons ups some of the weapons to ridiculously strong and turn my armor to Swiss Cheese.

Full-on Reilly's Combat Armor for the Aliens Colonial Marines look.
(male only) Naked with only the Pint-Sized Slasher Mask from Point Lookout to look like a pedophile.
Or my personal favorite... Oasis Hood, Chinese Stealth Armor, and eyeglasses. You look WEIRD with the eyeglasses and CSA on.

Normally, I wear the Shady Hat and Regulator Duster, so when I wander around the wastes killing raiders it feels like I'm roleplaying as a post-apocalyptic Rorschach.
And when I feel truly crazy, I wear Tenpenny's Suit and the Lincoln Hat along with a Shiskebab, playing as a psychotic ringmaster/Willy Wonka type thing.
Interesting note I found on a forum: if you wear the Shady Hat, the Ghoul Mask, the Pre-War Casual Wear and the Deathclaw Gauntlet, you can do Freddy Krueger.

Well I usually dress up in the paradise falls slaver leader outfit with mister Burk's glasses and a fedora, makes me look like a pimp. But I sometimes wear Burk's suit too, and pretend that someone is looking over my crime scenes saying "you've bin struck by... a Smooth Criminal"
With my regulator duster, shady hat, and sunglasses I feel like Jesus except my maracles come in bullet form.
I wear the lucky shades with the hellfire armour and Burton's wig. I must say I look dashing when punching out Deathclaws.
Sunglasses, Pre-War Hat, and one of the following:
-If in Megaton or just general exploring, Dirty/Grimy Pre-War Buisnesswear.
-If doing some specific (area) exploring or general quests, the Leather Armor
-If going to do heavy combat, add on the Winterized T51-b armor.
