Rule of thumb with most games is that the PS3 looks better in slow/still shots and the 360 has a smoother framerate. But really, if you're analysing the graphics that closely you've probably forgotten what fun is.

In all seriousness, I'll be interested in a graphical update that gives the game a bit more colour. I really like Fallout 3 in theory, but I stopped playing it after the first week because I couldn't take the constant grey/brown scenery.
