So I've started a new game on Fallout 3 and decided to complete Operation Anchorage for the power armour. So anyway, I was walking from Tenpenny tower and just as the ground started to slope downhill, and it was very shallow downhill, my character started jumping every time i tried to take a step, and when I pressed Y to jump, he wouldn't jump. Has anyone else had this?

Mine just crashes every time I try to do stuff :p
I can walk around the corridor of Rivet City, but if I try to leave or talk to anyone it fails :p
so I have to get the disc fixed again :p :|

I've been playing Oblivion recently, and I know that sometimes when I'm heading down certain inclines there are invisible ledges and areas I can't jump off of, so I think it's just a similar bug.

Never had it happen to me on Fallout 3 that I remember, though.

Or, you know, be a cheap asshole like me and swap discs during a rental.

It's actually cheaper to get it fixed at blockbuster than it is to rent ^^
And it's just up the road from me :)

That's both evil and incredibly genius. If I could hug you I wouldn't due to fear of germs, but by-gum I would want to.

(I would use the correct phobia name, but it is honestly Spermophobia)

On topic: You know, the first two Fallouts are cheaper and funner in the long run. Hint hint. HINT. HINT.

Yeah, its an age old trick to swap out games or DVDs for rental copies.

I bought Fallout 2 for 97 pence, I'm still yet to get far into it, but 97 pence for a classic can hardly be argued with.
