So, what, if any, mods do people recommend for Fallout 3 on the PC? I have the GOTY Edition, so I have all the DLC, and I've already gotten a few mods, but what do other people use?
NOTE: I do not want any mods that conflict with, or cause GFWL to stop working or kick me off, so be warned. Generally speaking, this means no FOSE mods. Also, no weird mods; IE: Warhammer in Fallout/Terminator in Fallout, etc.

Mods I already have:

FOMM
Fellout
Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch/GOTY Patch
EVE/EVE DLC
Advanced Crippled Effects
Fallout Street Lights
Fort Indepence Improved
Arlington Library Improved
Vault 101 Revisited
Realistic Death Animations

Any particular reason you need GFWL? I have the legit, purchased version of everything Fallout 3 and I have upwards of 3 and a half GB of cool mods. I played a bit with GFWL both activated and de-activated and i really didn't notice a difference. I'll be honest though, it does require a bit of work but i find the game much more interesting with all i've got added. Not to bug ya or anything, just wondering.

I need GFWL for 2 reasons; it manages my DLC, therefore I cannot use the DLC packs unless I sign in, and I'd like to unlock the achievements and have them for my profile.

You can copy the DLC into the data folder, all the DLCs are just glorified mods. You can do the same for your saves. You don't need GFWL for anything except achievements, i guess.

If you don't use FOSE, then you won't get the most out of Fallout 3 modding. Period. In fact, there is nothing I can really recommend that doesn't need FOSE.

From that list I would really recommend Mart's Mutant Mod (M3) and the perk pack (which can unbalance the game if you're worried about that sort of thing.

The best place to start browsing is www.fallout3nexus.com, but you have a few mods already so I hope you know that.
