So I finished "the pitt" a while ago and I gotta say it was quite well done with the atmosphere and general feel of everything.

Anyway This quest brings up quite a few moral issues and decisions, like do you hand over the baby to help the slaves ot do you help their master? I was a little suprised to find some people morally siding with the slave master (I forgot his name sorry)

I know its a little morrally grey than black and white but I kidnapped the baby because I belived it was the slaves that needed help, and the slave master and his raiders were unforgivable

and its not as if they were going to torture the baby,(for the cure that is) she seemed to be ok, I didn;t think it was right to let the slave trading and suffereing to go for the sake of kidnapping a baby

But other people felt differently, so what did you do? what did you think was right?

Was a nice, albeit small, distraction. Worth checking out if you're a fan of the game. Broken Steel however is a must have.

I didn't hand Marie over to the slaves, but I did kill every raider except Ashur and his wife. So they were pretty much free to leave if they wanted.

I know Bethesda's lousy binary moral choice didn't allow it, but in my mind I got everyone what they wanted.

I actually didn't enjoy The Pitt as much, but that may have been because I did all of the other DLC before it, and was burning out. I love me some Fallout, but four DLC's later, and I need a break.

I also kidnapped the baby, and gave it to the slaves. Couldn't bring myself to kill the parents, I'd feel horrible to know that one day the kid will grow up to realize the most awesome person in the Fallout universe killed his parents. >.>

Also, I figured this way, when the slaves get the cure, and distribute and stock up, they could return the child to the parents.

I've played through the Pitt on two playthroughs now, and I took a different option each time (first time I sided with Wernher, since my first is always the "good" playthrough, but it was very morally grey anyway). I must say, I really wish they'd fleshed out Pittsburgh more, because the atmosphere was great. Post-apocalyptic industrial hell? That's my kind of place!

I stole the baby for myself and left to raise it as my own. Fuck the Pitt. Wernher was a dick, lied to me and almost got me killed, Ashur was a dick and treated his kid like...well, just a cure, like the mother said.

I honestly thought it would be better with me. So I said fuck it, killed everyone to put them out of their misery. I did invite the mother along, but after I stole the baby she seemed to get rather hostile so I had to put 'er down.

If you hacked into his safe you would ahve found some audio tapes adress to the kid when shes older explaining his reasoning, it was kind of sad

I did. Still thought the kid would be better off with me.
