Why? I pre-ordered two for the PS4. One for myself and then one to sell on e-bay at a higher price.

Gotta love it when this happens. I once found a PC on sale whose specs included "A power cable", "Integrated graphics", "Powerful CPU", and "sockets for monitors and speakers".

Fallout 4 is listed on Steam, no mention if it needs bethesda.net to work. Maybe it is a community/mod site and not a propriety digital distribution network?
