What about Buffalo and Toronto, with a tongue in cheek reference to the rivalry between the Buffalo Sabres and the Toronto Maple Leafs. They had a hockey reference in Fallout 3.

False. According to cannon, nobody knows who struck first.

I would like to see more the the southern or northern areas. So far Fallout is: California, Chicago, D.C., Nevada. I want to see Texas or more of Alaska.

President Richardson said that the Chinese struck first. They were busy getting ready for the great war. They WANTED China to fire, in order to fall into their trap.
What Richardson said could've been Enclave propaganda. According to canon sources, nobody actually knows the facts. Here, it might say it in the timeline.

There's so much more to America to cover. Fallout hasn't even touched the pacific northwest, the south, the Great Plains, the Great Lakes, or most of New England, and don't forget that the United States annexed Canada in the Fallout universe. Also, we could visit the Capitol Wasteland a few decades after Fallout 3 like what Fallout 2 did to the original. Fallout can stay in America for quite a while.

Exactly. Especially considering that several places also got names, such as Ronto and The Commonwealth.

Well, we've seen urban wasteland, rural wasteland, now we either need to see arctic or jungle wasteland. Of course in the jungle it would just be a bunch of dead trees with no leaves (Which would be very creepy) and in the arctic we could just do it in Alaska, which is still technically America.

Fallout is, has and always will be about the Western United States. Departures form that area generally have not proved as successful, as they dont have much backstory or access to long time characters, a staple of the series. My money would be one set in a large section of Northern California, Oregon and Washington, as its been about 100 years since Fallout 2 and I'm sure the area has changed since.

Personally, whenever I think of Fallout Sequels I'm more concerned with the question of "When?" as opposed to "Where?". While it would be interesting to see other parts of the world, during the Postapocalypse, I can see that it will be troublesome to keep with the Fallout atmosphere in such a setting.(Enclave, S-mutants, Vaults etc.) One thing I've always been interested in was to see the world of Fallout slightly before the atomic Holocaust, experiencing how life changed quickly from an idealistic, almost oblivious society into a desperate and confused mass, fighting savagely for survival. We've all seen traces of that culture in Fallout, there certainly wouldn't be any deficit in both action and true to the roots Story. Could be an interesting experience...

Fallout 4 should be in nabraska... You come out of the vault. And all you see is corn as far as the eye could see... and then you leave. end game. best game ever! lol. but seriously, I think it would be good place would be at yellow stone national park (obviously a bigger area then just the park but have it be a big place.) Because who wouldn't want to be the cause of Yellow Stone erupting?

Hwo about a DLC in new vegas that allows you to go back in time (Through the use of a scientists time machine) and ATTEMPT to stop the bombs from falling? You will fail no matter what but it would give you a sight to see as the world crumbles, despite your effort to stop it.

Fallout 4 took place in The Mojave wasteland.

(Even though I really don't like New Vegas, I still call it Fallout 4)
I dunno, that kind of thinking could be dangerous. You'd have to count Fallout Tactics (3) and... ugh... Fallout Brotherhood of Steel (4). Then Fallout 3 would actually be Fallout 5. So really New Vegas would be Fallout 6. Stop the madness!

OT: As someone already said, America is kind of where it has to stay due to heavy Vault-Tec involvement in the Fallout story.
Tactics, And brotherhood I don't count for several reasons.
They're a different Genre, And they are both not considered part of the canon...so yeah.
