Yea, but wasn't the Fallout 3 Collectors Edition mad expensive, while the New Vegas one is moderately priced?

I commented to the worthlessness of the New Vegas CE back when The Escapist reported it. I still think a pack of cards and a couple of poker chips (minus the standard DVD and art book CEs come with these days) doesn't justify an extra $20.
Well this time you dont get an art book, you get a comic book.

Whatever. It's a book and it has illustrations. Case in point.

I pre-ordered this the other week. I think I'll like my Fallout 3 bobblehead more, but I guess I'll find out in a couple months.

I also just ordered the Bioshock 2 special edition (for $55 I might add), which is lookin' pretty damn sweet. Not sure which will end up being my favourite, time will tell.

Meh, not that impressed by either. I only really like CE's that give me more stuff in game, weapons, maps, ect. I have have no need for a bobblehead or any other useless junk.

Although the New Vegas collectors looks useful because of the playing cards and the graphic novel, I must say I now wish I knew of the Fallout 3 Survival edition before. For I feel the need of that lunchbox and bobblehead

Well let's be fair about this.
They already included something retro, a Pip Boy and the bobble head. What else would they put into the new one to fit the theme? Other than a Brotherhood of Steel helmet...
Actually that would have been pretty badass.

While there is a bit more in the Fallout 3 Collectors Edition, that isn't enough to stop me from buying the Collectors Edition for Fallout New Vegas.

Eh, I'm a poker player so the New Vegas one looks better to me.
Im going to be using the cards for poker but still, it just doesnt seem like much
I guess, but my bro got the Fallout 3 special edition and it didn't come with a Pip-boy replica or the soundtrack, That's probably and old pic. And I don't get how an old games special edition should affect an indirect sequel made by a different developer.
