No problems. Actually if you get the chance, look at the construction kits released for PC version of Oblivion. It's incredible how quickly and easily it is to throw texture layers on that platform.

Most likely, they put the majority of layering work into new textures, and updating older ones. But recycled textures can probably be tossed on in less than a week, and really bring the game up to shine. Most games usually have about a 90-60 day period before it goes gold to debug, and perfect everything. A lot of work happens in that time, and once it goes gold is when we'll see just how good it is. Glad to help : )
This is fantastic news. Glad to hear it, I was a little worried myself.

Worse graphics...So? I'd much prefer to play a game with an intelligent storyline and acceptable interface.

You might just be misremembering how Fallout 3 looked like ass.

Seriously, it's a four year old engine now, and the upgrades it's had have been few and far between.

Makes no difference to me as long as I can play it, as I can Fallout 3. :)
Yea, Fallout 3 and Oblivion aren't exactly the best looking games in my collection anyway yet they spent more time in my ps3 than any other titles... except for maybe Warhawk...maybe.

As long as it's as much fun (and rewarding) to explore, I'm sold.

Really? From what I could tell from the trailer, it looks just as good as Fallout 3.
