As for the thread at hand, I'm unsure if I like the idea of this, but more options never hurt. I did dislike how some areas were limited in Fallout 3. It seems to be that the new game will be much more interesting.

True, 'tis Vegas, it just makes you wonder who had the idea.

And I must say, I agree. It all just serves to make the Falloutverse more open, and that's never a bad thing.

During the course of the game, players will encounter male and female prostitutes: the screen fades to black as suggestive dialogue is heard in the background (e.g., "Nice charlies, too! Give them a shake for the Ben-man, will ya?");

AWESOME, although judging by the condition of Fallout 3 and Oblivion, it's still going to be quite tame compared to what modders have planned...

there is also an extended sequence suggesting (no depiction) sexual activity with a robot (e.g., "Fisto reporting for duty . . . Please assume the position," "I suppose I should test you out . . . Servos active!" and "Something wrong with someone if they got to f**k a machine.").

FISTO? WHY IS IT NAMED FISTO? WHY WOULD A SEX ROBOT BE NAMED FISTO?

It's going to take a little bit more than that to draw me back into fallout. I don't even think I can pick up 3 anymore with the desperate gap between shooting and vats whoring. The game just feels hollow to me now.
