Hmm let's see...

Ling's coiffure
Shiloh desert Succubus (new race,female-only)
Warzones (adds a lot of battles around the map)
Conelrad 640-1240 (radio station)
Populated Casinos
TG's Armor collection (has some really nice "modern" tac gear)
New vegas bounties 1 and 2 (beyond awesome)
Veronica remodel (seriously these robes are awful)
Weapon mod expansion (can mod unique weapons)
Underwater home 3.4 (really nice, lots of added functions)
Ghost armor (female-only, a little too high-tech for my taste but it looks good)
Willow (best companion ever, i don't use any other companion now)
Kaya47 Nordic weapons
Better Casinos (can bet more, higher gain limit before ban)
Radio New Vegas extended (80+ more songs on RNV)

That's pretty much it i think...

The modern stuff is out of canon and has kinda dated graphics...The underwater home is nice, the radios as well.I wanted to check out the ghost armor since it also mods the body to Nova's features and those are damn awesome features.

I'm both having a lot of fun with and finding lots of use in the DK Bullettime Mod [http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35823] It adds a bullet-time activator to your inventory which, at the cost of Action Points (like VATS), enters you into bullet-time, which is surprisingly useful, especially when you're fighting melee creatures or anything up close. It's not an end-all, be-all alternative to VATS, but it's useful all on its own.

I also use a variety of custom soundtrack mods, I couldn't stand listening to the same 30 minutes of music replayed over and over again.

Make sure you get the "Two Bears High-Fiving" mod, it is essential to your New Vegs gaming experience!

Even Bethesda and Obsidian loved it!

By modern stuff i guess you mean TG's armors and Kaya47's weapons ? I agree it's out of canon (you can stretch it saying it's a pre-war cache but meh...) but i don't think they have dated graphics, the plate carrier for female for example is pretty damn nice.

I don't know if it's the same, but Project Nevada has a similar bullet-time setup. Uses action points, and also has a sprint feature that uses your action points as well. The only difference I see between the two is that Nevada's doesn't require you to have something in your inventory to use it.

Project Nevada and Willow are the only two things I have at the moment and they're pretty awesome.

I really don't want to break up the canon cause I have to change a lot of things then to bring it to speed to the Fallout Tactics canon. It had semi modern 90s weapons and armor and hummers and was awesome but this works too.

These weapons and armor have the look of 1990-2010 equipment, tolerable in my opinion...

Now if you wanna see something completely out of canon (and way wayyyyy overpowered) check this out, a semi-auto shotgun/cannon that does ridiculous amount of (splash) damage, she's hunting deathclaws in packs like they're Geckos and it's easy, now where's the fun in that ???

Check from 4:00

Yeah NV bounties (1&2) is really nice, it's also fully voice-acted and adds a lot of fun :)

It's not about being overpowered or unbelievable. There's lots of these things in the Fallout universe. It's about being relevant in that universe.Supposedly the world stopped evolving in the 60s and it's a look into the post apocalyptic future through those eyes. But you should know that.Which is why I dislike seeing 90s/2000s gear there although it looks truly epic.

PS: that mod is someone's fantasies so I'm not even finding it relevant :D.

I really hope the New Fallout has vehicles.

True, but then again there's laser and plasma weapons plus power armors, which i'm fairly certain we have no working units as of 2011 (at least nowhere close to mass production).

The bombs fell in 2077, it's not so much of a stretch thinking some 2000-ish gear survived :)

Beat NV Bounties 1 in a couple of hours, and currently working on the second episode. I also downloaded and used the M249 SAW (the iron sight really needs fixing, even with the fix that is currently available. It's very bad, and I could only use it to fix up my LMG+). I may look into the armor/weapon areas and see if I can find an awesome-looking duster/cowboy hat/rifle combo that would look nice on my character.

Anyone know if there are add-ons that allow the vendertron at Gun Runners to sell unlimited ammo and/or a fix that adjusts how I see my character in third-person view? I'm getting tired of viewing my character as if I'm playing Dead Space.

The Fallout timeline is separated from the normal timeline somewhere in the 60s.Instead of the space race during the cold war laser, atomic and plasma technologies got a lot more advanced. So it is how the world shaped up.Everything that was invented after the 60s in our timeline doesn't exist there.Think WW2 weapons with lasers.

Use the quartermaster in Hoover damn he has quite a bit of ammo in bulk.

World of Pain (Adds a massive 50+ underground area dungeon/region, as well as numerous other dungeons around wasteland)
World of Pain Overhaul (Adds much harder areas to various World of Pain dungeons.

MoMod (Adds like 100+ new types of enemies. Haven't seen most yet, still very, very cool)
MoMod Overhaul (More enemies. Some, like spiders, don't quite work right, but most are really neat, and fit into the setting.)

Super Mutant Behemoths (Adds 5. Kinda buggy right now)

Improved Ammo Ingredients (Adds bullet parts as a random loot. Fairly useful)

Bounties 1 and 2 (Very cool. That is all.)

Crossbow (Honestly, not that great. It's a reskinned sniper rifle, but it's hard as piss to aim. Maybe it's more fun if you can make the special bolts, but whatever.)

Underground Hideout: New Vegas... adds a player home and it is FREAKING AMAZING... like seriously, it made me actually 'like' New Vegas.. seriously, I hated this game before but this mod made it worth it (well, this one among the other 30 or so I have downloaded) but UHNV is BY FAR the best.

What's so special about it?Home mods usually suck.

All of the mods that add naked women and sex are obviously the best! (If you don't get that this is a joke, I feel very bad for you.)
