Well, with all the money I made, I bought a ton of grenades for the Grenade Machinegun (I still ghave 73,000 left) and went to Caesars camp and killed all of them. It was fun.

I was usually happy to see Talon Mercs.... 'Yay, free Combat Armour and Chinese Assault Rifles!' These Legion bastards kick my ass and don't even have much loot worth taking.

Not at all. I had 1 Strength, 10 Percision, 1 Endurance, 10 Charisma, 10 Intelligence, 1 Agility, and 10 Luck. I did invest in Intense Training a couple of times to boost my intelligence, but it's still possible.

Not to antagonize or derail, but those stats made me rage. The fuck you usin' all that perception and charisma for? Charisma just boosts charisma-based stats and nerve, which I assure you companions don't need. Perception can be replaced by ED-E. Strength is a must for any gun-handling. Agility is passable if you don't mind running slow as all hell and never using vats. I'm also pretty sure you get hemophilia or something for having such a low endurance.

Eh, I was experimenting. It doesn't really seem to matter to me much, as I'm Level 20, and save for a few spots things are pretty damn easy.

I found the blackjack absolutely laughable in New Vegas.

Exactly. I had a 10 luck character play Blackjack in the Ultra-Luxe for about 6 minutes before I got up to 15,000 chips. Conventional rules/statistics of the game no longer apply; you can double down on 18 and get 3's every time.

And the only skill i dont have at 100 are Barter,Explosives, and Melee Weapons
Barter and Melee Weapons are at 50 and my Explosives is 78.

You only need 7/8 Luck to completely break the Blackjack tables if you have any skill at Blackjack at all.

I made my Courier this lucky. It doesn't just help with gambling. It does alot of things. (Get to the third floor of the Robco robotics building and see.) Suffice to say, I have been indeed crazy-lucky, which is the POINT. I built my character to be this random guy running around the wasteland all willy-nilly and getting in and out of crazy situations with incredible criticals and deadly damage. He's super-effective and looks like David Hasselhoff.
