I still haven't started Fallout 3 yet! I saw the game of the year edition for £10 pre-owned, and bought it straight away as the best bargin ever. But then I just haven't started it. Vegas does look good though.

I'm a massive Fallout 3 fan, found it to be one of the best games I've ever played (right up there with Goldeneye and Resident Evil 4!). Fallout Vegas looks pretty immense to me, definitely going to pre-order.
not a real huge fan of the fallout series personally, but I will say that this does have me uniquely interested. I didnt play Fallout 1 or 2 during their time, and didnt attempt to until sometime last year. I know the series has a huge fanbase based on the old titles, So I was interested in seeing what all the fuss was about.
I tried playing 1, but not having nostalgia for it, I really couldnt bring myself to play it more than an hour. I still would like to see what its all about, so i figure with Obsidian being mostly comprised of those who worked on the original titles, this would likely be at least a decent representation of what the original games were, and not a fallout flavored mod of oblivion. (i know its not, but honestly, its hard not to see shades of oblivion in fallout3. I would rather see shades of the original fallout games.)

I'm not really that stoked for it. If they delayed it or suprise released it I wouldn't really care either way, since I'll probably just get it after the holidays.
Oh heck yes, Bethesda fixed all the suck that was Fallout 1 - 2 and made a game that is the best release of the decade. If all it is is more of the same in a new area it will be beyond awesome again. They can't improve it but they can give me an additional serving of perfection whenever they want.
