With the Wild Wild Wasteland perk there's a skeleton somewhere south of Goodsprings with a fedora, that probably would have worked!Headdrivehardscrew said:

How coincidental, i *finally* got round to resolving this just the other day 
Went to the tops, convinced the gangster at the reception that benny was going behind their back earning extra money and trying to kill mr house, so they gave me his room key.
Searched the room for stuff, found evidence of his betrayal and the "yes man".
Told the gangster and he gave me back my weapons to deal with him.
Talked to benny and convinced him we could strike a deal in his penthouse, but ONLY if he went there alone.
Talked to him a bit in there, he offered to work together, i didnt trust him so i whipped out the trusty double barrel and shot him is the head, veronica and rex finished him off before i could reload ^_^
Retrieved platinum chip.

I would like to crucify him but I really like Maria and I wasn't able to get it off him unless I murdered him for it. I like the idea of wielding the gun that put a bullet in my head, it feels poetic.

I charmed him into having a one-on-one chat in his private crib. We chatted about a future partnership, the chip, Mr. House et cetera. Then I proceeded to beat him to death with a pair of spiked knuckles, took his pistol and suit as a trophy and left his corpse to rot. After that, I modified his plans (no spoilers from me) slightly and went about my way.
The first time I had him crucified, then I went to town on him with a lump of concrete. The second: I stabbed him to death in his room and stole his gun and his clothes.
Boone and I killed even Legion member in that camp. After killing Caesar and everyone else in the camp (except slaves) I untied him and allowed him to carry out the rest of his life somewhere far away from me.
I really didn't care for him and was doing my thing. One day I was bored and decide to complete a quest, it's the one where you find out about the robot army, and had to murder everyone in the fort (including ceaser) to get to the location of said quest.... unfortunately for benny, he was in the fort at the time.

I put my ear to the door, trying to listen if anything was going on inside. I heard a bottle hit something wood. Benny's probably drinking. Good news for me.
I opened the door, still crouched.
And there he was.
"We should be working together," he said.
I laughed at him. Working together? Sure. I'm gonna work with the guy who already shot me once.
I drew Firelance, the powerful alien weapon Talia had given me, the one thing Benny hadn't taken from me. He'd probably thought it was a toy.
I'd show him how wrong he was.
He got up, and in a flash his pistol was in his hand. But I was quicker.
He stepped right into it.
