Because he's had to kill Legion soldiers, a small part of him always questioned which side he was actually on, and since he retired he prefers not to choose one.
Sexuality- Jayne always had to distance himself from troopers in his unit in order to avoid losing sight of his mission, so love is more or less a foreign concept to him.

History- A member of one of the forgotten tribes Caesar first conquered, Caecilius found himself drawn to the Legion and its ideals. Caesar sent him west as a Frumentarius, where he enlisted in the NCR. Caecilius took the name Jayne in order to "blend in by standing out" and worked his way up through the enlisted ranks as he fought Raiders and Fiends.
Once deployed to New Vegas, Jayne fought with the NCR as they tried to clean up the area, all while feeding intel on the area to the Legion. In the first battle for Hoover Dam, Jayne never found a decisive time to show his true colors, and was forced to fight and kill members of the Legion to maintain his cover. Caesar somehow accepted this explanation, and had Jayne continue to spy on the NCR military.
For years, Jayne continued fighting the Fiends and Legion until he was promoted to Sergeant Major, all the while continuing to feed intel to the Legion. As the second battle for the Dam approached, Jayne could see the Courier's effects on New Vegas, and knew he'd have to choose a side this time around. Fortunately, he chose the right side and helped push back the Legion, but soon after he retired from service.
Jayne wandered around NCR territory in order to avoid betraying anyone else, taking various contracts to supplement his pension. When in San Francisco, he heard news of a boat that would take the bold to a forgotten island. Eager to find a place that didn't remind him of his failure and betrayal, he made his way onto the boat and brought his few belongings with him.

Gambling, security and first aid. Can fix many different games of skill or chance, is good at picking locks and bypassing other security methods, and is capable of applying first aid during battle.
Weakness/lacking- Social interaction is fine if he can stay calm, but he has a great fear of combat, especially with mutants. This leads to some xenophobia in general, so he doesn't hit it off well with mutants or minorities.
Equipment- Keeps a .44 tucked away inside his suit, has body armor under his suit, and usually brings a light machine gun inside a suitcase. He also carries a modified Bowie knife with no guard hidden in a pocket on his lower back.
History-The son of vault dwellers, Donny didn't like the country life that his parents set up for him, so he fled to a nearby city at the age of 12. He quickly ran out of money and was forced to learn skills in order to steal and cheat his way into comfortable standards. One night, he hustled a mobster and ended up on the wrong end of a favor in exchange for not getting his brains blown out at 16. He eventually worked his way up enough to be allowed to leave the city, so the first thing he did was to board the boat to wherever it went. Not like that mattered to Donny.

When he was small he was trained by his farther in swords and guns since he was head security guards, but he was bullied because of this and was forced to fight his class mates, but he got more experiences with his fists overtime and due to his bad reputation he tended to talk to the higher ups of the vault and the residents and generally became good at talking with people older or younger then himself.
Weakness/lacking- He has glowing eyes so people may find him easy to spot or frightening. Less trusting due to bullying in early years, may warm up to people. Due to his early bullying problem, he may have problems talking with people as the same age as him, may go crazy when the group or people side with evil.
Equipment- Katana and Dual Wield Desert Eagles (100 ammo, may scavenge ammo or buy ammo also the sword is a family heirlome. So he tends to care for it)
History- Shaun was a vault dweller inside the Vault 76, the mysterious Vault that no one knew nothing of, but the Vaults Experiment was on the newborn babies, their goal...to turn someone into a war machine. Shaun was a success, the higher ups in the Vault didn't want to turn him into the common rabble, they commanded his farther to teach him how to kill. His single farther was the head of security and taught him from a young age how to hold a gun and a sword, he told Shaun that the sword ran through generations through his family, the sword came from his great, great grandfather who was thought to come from Japan. When Shaun went to school he was bullied by the other kids because he was with his farther all the time and because of his farther position, due to this he had plenty of fist fights in his later years. One faithful day the vault was under attack by a faction known as The Enclave, they asked information about some people and a G.E.C.K, they didn't get what they want so they started to gun down the whole Vault, Shaun was in the gun range with his best friend, they build a barricade to the door but while doing this Shaun's best friend was shot with a plasma pistol and died, Shaun kept barricading the door and crying near his only friend's body. After a few hours Shaun opened the door and discovered that the whole vault was butchered, blood was everywhere, when Shaun reached his home, the only thing he found was his Dad's body as well, a tear welt in Shaun's eye, but he wiped it away before he lost control, he grabbed a few of his personal things and his Dad's dual desert eagles and katana and ran out of the vault.
When Shaun dashed out of the Vault, he met a group of NCR rangers that found the wrecked Vault and took him back to their base, after that Shaun started out as a recruit for the NCR and eventually became a renown ranger, most called him Storm due to him favoring a blade and his glowing blue eyes. But after a mistake of slaughtering the group that butchered his vault years ago for revenge, Shaun was kicked out of the NCR, and made his Mary way.
Over the years Shaun had fought for towns, factions, people and lands. His nickname known as "Storm" was spread to most parts due to his reputation of destroying evil, people say that they have seen him in many places and after a few days he stays, most of their problems disappear. No one knows where he lives, people say he lives in many houses or bases, some other say he just drifts across the nation slaying evil, one day at a time. After the Enclave where beaten at Project: purity they say that Shaun played a part in it and a few years after Caesar's fall, they say that he played another part in that. Some people are inspired because of him, some people hate him and some people doesn't think he exist. Well,...they'll be proven wrong.

Clothing/Typical Fashion/Outfit of Choice- Kairi currently wears loose, dirty sweat pants that she found in an abandoned pre-war house, as well as an equally loose red t-shirt that falls down to her thighs. On her feet are old sneakers that are quite 'holey', but not so much that she has to swap them out just yet. Her former outfit, consisting of shorts and a jacket, were too worn down for her so she swapped them out with her current outfit. At the first chance, she would love to get some new, better fitting clothes. Around her waist is a leather belt holding up the sweat pants.
Accessories- A leather backpack the size of one a kid would wear to school.
Personality- Kairi has a cheerful personality, despite being an orphan of the Wastes. She is always offering a helping hand to others when she's feeling safe around them. While she is friendly, her past has taken away her naivety that 'all people can be trusted'. Weakness/lacking- Kairi has a great fear of being alone and because of this, she is often trying to find some kind of companion to travel with. When no one is available, she will often take comfort with her teddy bear. Being only a child, she can't do too much manual labor for too long and she is naturally unable to overcome a grown man or woman in terms of strength.
Equipment- Inside of the main pouch of the backpack is a teddy bear (her 'personal protector' when she sleeps), as well as some food to keep her going (One candy bar, some pre-war salisbury steak meals and two Nuka-Cola). Inside the second pouch forward of the main one, she has a leather 'coin bag' which is simply a bit of leather folded upwards with the opening tied off with a bit of string. She currently has fifty caps to her name. Strapped to the sides of the backpack are two Stimpaks, a combat knife and some magazines for her 9mm, which is strapped to her thigh in a visible holster. Hidden under the sleeves of her t-shirt are two throwing knives, of which she has mediocre talent with (50/50 chance of hit or epic fail).
History- Kairi was born in a small settlement that people used as a rest stop while heading towards some of the larger settlements, or towards the Wastelands for some scavenging. Because of this, she usually heard tales of great treasures to be found in the ruins of one old city or another. She loved hearing such tales and just knew that she would be an 'adventurer' like them one day. Some of them even helped her learn how to shoot. She definitely prefered the smaller handguns over rifles since the latter were hard to shoot and they hurt her shoulders too much. Her parents had encouraged this, since they knew that one day she would go off on her own and would need all the guidance she could get. Being a mischievous child who often played pranks at that time, she was given some parental guidance about behavior often, leading to her being polite most of the time with a healthy fear of a man with a belt.
While 'exploring' on the outskirts of town one day, she heard something scary. It had been an explosion, followed by numerous gunshots and screams. She had been told numerous times what to do in case something like this happened and she followed her instructions to the letter. She ran as fast as she could away from the village, doing her best to make sure no one saw her as she slipped into a hidden man-made shelter that the village set up in case of an attack. There, she had food and water but no support. This was before she had her teddy, so all she could do was cry and drift to sleep. The next morning she did something she wasn't supposed to do. She left the shelter and returned to the village. By the time she reached it, it had already been burned to the ground and the attackers gone. She didn't know who did it, or why, but all she knew was that she had no home.
She tried to at least find her parent's bodies but from what she could tell, everyone was burned in a large pile which made it impossible. She couldn't stand the smells for long, and made her way to return to the shelter. Before she could leave the town though, an NCR patrol who had been dispatched to investigate the smoke came and questioned her about what happened. After her story, they took her in and together they made their way to the larger settlement. She was taken in by a couple but they never felt like family, and the settlement didn't feel like home. Because of this, she ran away into the Wastes with nothing but her clothes, backpack of supplies and the 9mm pistol she had 'acquired' from her adopted father. Being only seven at the time, it was rough goings.
She had to work hard to survive but along her travels she met many people, both good and bad, and learned many things from all of them. Now nine years old, but looking seven, she was the adventurer that she always wanted to be. Long walks and hard climbs up rocks toned her muscles, encounters of all kinds taught her lessons of trust but she always held on to her happy personality. She found exploring/scavenging fun and she knew that her parents would have wanted her to always smile and be happy, so she couldn't disappoint them. While moving through the ruins of an old radio station, she heard the message that made her adventurer senses tingle greatly. A chance to explore a completely new land out in the ocean! That was all she needed to hear before she packed up and started for her newest adventure.
NPC:
A cheery navy blue and white Mr.Handy model he wears a jolly old cap of black and white upon his head and welcomes all who board his fair ship with equal measure and security! His voice is of an English gentleman and mannerisms, note he often believes that the massive tanker is a cruise ship and will refer to it as such.
Protectron and Turrets of variety watch over the passengers of this ship along with some custom designed plasma cannon sentry placements among the automated Gatling lasers. the ships is so fool of these standard units that it might seem like a small army. There are few Handy and Gutsy models along with the odd Sentry bot or two, some are blue and white, while others are dinged and scratched.
They have a ship protocol of passenger handling (this includes how close you can get and etc.)and obey such rules as long as you do as well.
Other Variants are Butlers (Mr.Handy), Guards (Gutsy), and ??? (Sentry Bot)
<spoiler=The Trio +1>An odd group of women, all red haired and with pony tails they look similar in appearance but different enough to void out clones or triplets, they've come aboard in suits for business and combat (reinforced business suits!). Armed with Chinese Assault Rifles and small matching brown satchel. In pants and boots there a deadly force just by appearance (sun glasses included). Caucasian and they've come aboard with a sentry bot looking bright and spiffy (they are modest in nature and endowed likewise).
The leader is the tallest of them and seems to have a modified CAR (Chinese Assault Rifle). She'll be called Red Leader
The smallest carries around a machete noticeable by the handle sticking out of her bag. Red 2.
The medium height seems the nicest in an odd way and is seemed to be friends with Robin as of recent. Red 1.

In the first battle for Hoover Dam, Jayne never found a decisive time to show his true colors, and was forced to fight and kill members of the Legion to maintain his cover. Caesar somehow accepted this explanation, and had Jayne continue to spy on the NCR military.
For years, Jayne continued fighting the Fiends and Legion until he was promoted to Sergeant Major, all the while continuing to feed intel to the Legion. As the second battle for the Dam approached, Jayne could see the Courier's effects on New Vegas, and knew he'd have to choose a side this time around. Fortunately, he chose the right side and helped push back the Legion, but soon after he retired from service.
Jayne wandered around NCR territory in order to avoid betraying anyone else, taking various contracts to supplement his pension. When in San Francisco, he heard news of a boat that would take the bold to a forgotten island. Eager to find a place that didn't remind him of his failure and betrayal, he made his way onto the boat and brought his few belongings with him.

Weakness/lacking- Social interaction is fine if he can stay calm, but he has a great fear of combat, especially with mutants. This leads to some xenophobia in general, so he doesn't hit it off well with mutants or minorities.
Equipment- Keeps a .44 tucked away inside his suit, has body armor under his suit, and usually brings a light machine gun inside a suitcase. He also carries a modified Bowie knife with no guard hidden in a pocket on his lower back.
History-The son of vault dwellers, Donny didn't like the country life that his parents set up for him, so he fled to a nearby city at the age of 12. He quickly ran out of money and was forced to learn skills in order to steal and cheat his way into comfortable standards. One night, he hustled a mobster and ended up on the wrong end of a favor in exchange for not getting his brains blown out at 16. He eventually worked his way up enough to be allowed to leave the city, so the first thing he did was to board the boat to wherever it went. Not like that mattered to Donny.

When he was small he was trained by his farther in swords and guns since he was head security guards, but he was bullied because of this and was forced to fight his class mates, but he got more experiences with his fists overtime and due to his bad reputation he tended to talk to the higher ups of the vault and the residents and generally became good at talking with people older or younger then himself.
Weakness/lacking- He has glowing eyes so people may find him easy to spot or frightening. Less trusting due to bullying in early years, may warm up to people. Due to his early bullying problem, he may have problems talking with people as the same age as him, may go crazy when the group or people side with evil.
Equipment- Katana and Dual Wield Desert Eagles (100 ammo, may scavenge ammo or buy ammo also the sword is a family heirlome. So he tends to care for it)
History- Shaun was a vault dweller inside the Vault 76, the mysterious Vault that no one knew nothing of, but the Vaults Experiment was on the newborn babies, their goal...to turn someone into a war machine. Shaun was a success, the higher ups in the Vault didn't want to turn him into the common rabble, they commanded his farther to teach him how to kill. His single farther was the head of security and taught him from a young age how to hold a gun and a sword, he told Shaun that the sword ran through generations through his family, the sword came from his great, great grandfather who was thought to come from Japan. When Shaun went to school he was bullied by the other kids because he was with his farther all the time and because of his farther position, due to this he had plenty of fist fights in his later years. One faithful day the vault was under attack by a faction known as The Enclave, they asked information about some people and a G.E.C.K, they didn't get what they want so they started to gun down the whole Vault, Shaun was in the gun range with his best friend, they build a barricade to the door but while doing this Shaun's best friend was shot with a plasma pistol and died, Shaun kept barricading the door and crying near his only friend's body. After a few hours Shaun opened the door and discovered that the whole vault was butchered, blood was everywhere, when Shaun reached his home, the only thing he found was his Dad's body as well, a tear welt in Shaun's eye, but he wiped it away before he lost control, he grabbed a few of his personal things and his Dad's dual desert eagles and katana and ran out of the vault.
When Shaun dashed out of the Vault, he met a group of NCR rangers that found the wrecked Vault and took him back to their base, after that Shaun started out as a recruit for the NCR and eventually became a renown ranger, most called him Storm due to him favoring a blade and his glowing blue eyes. But after a mistake of slaughtering the group that butchered his vault years ago for revenge, Shaun was kicked out of the NCR, and made his Mary way.
Over the years Shaun had fought for towns, factions, people and lands. His nickname known as "Storm" was spread to most parts due to his reputation of destroying evil, people say that they have seen him in many places and after a few days he stays, most of their problems disappear. No one knows where he lives, people say he lives in many houses or bases, some other say he just drifts across the nation slaying evil, one day at a time. After the Enclave where beaten at Project: purity they say that Shaun played a part in it and a few years after Caesar's fall, they say that he played another part in that. Some people are inspired because of him, some people hate him and some people doesn't think he exist. Well,...they'll be proven wrong.

Clothing/Typical Fashion/Outfit of Choice- Kairi currently wears loose, dirty sweat pants that she found in an abandoned pre-war house, as well as an equally loose red t-shirt that falls down to her thighs. On her feet are old sneakers that are quite 'holey', but not so much that she has to swap them out just yet. Her former outfit, consisting of shorts and a jacket, were too worn down for her so she swapped them out with her current outfit. At the first chance, she would love to get some new, better fitting clothes. Around her waist is a leather belt holding up the sweat pants.
Accessories- A leather backpack the size of one a kid would wear to school.
Personality- Kairi has a cheerful personality, despite being an orphan of the Wastes. She is always offering a helping hand to others when she's feeling safe around them. While she is friendly, her past has taken away her naivety that 'all people can be trusted'. She is cautious around strangers and while acting polite, she will often try to tell if the person is good or bad. Her childish imagination shows at times, but it's especially so when she has her teddy bear out since she will talk to it and hold a conversation. Said teddy is also her bodyguard while she sleeps. As for the puppy, she would try to get it to befriend her and make it another 'protector'.
Sexuality*- Kairi has seen some 'adult' situations before but didn't really know what to make of them. All she thought was that it looked like it hurt and she never wanted to do it ever. Puberty has yet to hit her so she still holds a certain innocence in that aspect. She has a crush from now and again but when it comes to actual sexual feelings, she has none yet. Miraculously she's been able to hold on to her virginity thus-far.

Weakness/lacking- Kairi has a great fear of being alone and because of this, she is often trying to find some kind of companion to travel with. When no one is available, she will often take comfort with her teddy bear. Being only a child, she can't do too much manual labor for too long and she is naturally unable to overcome a grown man or woman in terms of strength.
Equipment- Inside of the main pouch of the backpack is a teddy bear (her 'personal protector' when she sleeps), as well as some food to keep her going (One candy bar, some pre-war salisbury steak meals and two Nuka-Cola). Inside the second pouch forward of the main one, she has a leather 'coin bag' which is simply a bit of leather folded upwards with the opening tied off with a bit of string. She currently has fifty caps to her name. Strapped to the sides of the backpack are two Stimpaks, a combat knife and some magazines for her 9mm, which is strapped to her thigh in a visible holster. Hidden under the sleeves of her t-shirt are two throwing knives, of which she has mediocre talent with (50/50 chance of hit or epic fail).
History- Kairi was born in a small settlement that people used as a rest stop while heading towards some of the larger settlements, or towards the Wastelands for some scavenging. Because of this, she usually heard tales of great treasures to be found in the ruins of one old city or another. She loved hearing such tales and just knew that she would be an 'adventurer' like them one day. Some of them even helped her learn how to shoot. She definitely prefered the smaller handguns over rifles since the latter were hard to shoot and they hurt her shoulders too much. Her parents had encouraged this, since they knew that one day she would go off on her own and would need all the guidance she could get. Being a mischievous child who often played pranks at that time, she was given some parental guidance about behavior often, leading to her being polite most of the time with a healthy fear of a man with a belt.
While 'exploring' on the outskirts of town one day, she heard something scary. It had been an explosion, followed by numerous gunshots and screams. She had been told numerous times what to do in case something like this happened and she followed her instructions to the letter. She ran as fast as she could away from the village, doing her best to make sure no one saw her as she slipped into a hidden man-made shelter that the village set up in case of an attack. There, she had food and water but no support. This was before she had her teddy, so all she could do was cry and drift to sleep. The next morning she did something she wasn't supposed to do. She left the shelter and returned to the village. By the time she reached it, it had already been burned to the ground and the attackers gone. She didn't know who did it, or why, but all she knew was that she had no home.
She tried to at least find her parent's bodies but from what she could tell, everyone was burned in a large pile which made it impossible. She couldn't stand the smells for long, and made her way to return to the shelter. Before she could leave the town though, an NCR patrol who had been dispatched to investigate the smoke came and questioned her about what happened. After her story, they took her in and together they made their way to the larger settlement. She was taken in by a couple but they never felt like family, and the settlement didn't feel like home. Because of this, she ran away into the Wastes with nothing but her clothes, backpack of supplies and the 9mm pistol she had 'acquired' from her adopted father. Being only seven at the time, it was rough goings.
She had to work hard to survive but along her travels she met many people, both good and bad, and learned many things from all of them. Now nine years old, but looking seven, she was the adventurer that she always wanted to be. Long walks and hard climbs up rocks toned her muscles, encounters of all kinds taught her lessons of trust but she always held on to her happy personality. She found exploring/scavenging fun and she knew that her parents would have wanted her to always smile and be happy, so she couldn't disappoint them. While moving through the ruins of an old radio station, she heard the message that made her adventurer senses tingle greatly. A chance to explore a completely new land out in the ocean! That was all she needed to hear before she packed up and started for her newest adventure.
NPC:
A cheery navy blue and white Mr.Handy model he wears a jolly old cap of black and white upon his head and welcomes all who board his fair ship with equal measure and security! His voice is of an English gentleman and mannerisms, note he often believes that the massive tanker is a cruise ship and will refer to it as such.
Protectron and Turrets of variety watch over the passengers of this ship along with some custom designed plasma cannon sentry placements among the automated Gatling lasers. the ships is so fool of these standard units that it might seem like a small army. There are few Handy and Gutsy models along with the odd Sentry bot or two, some are blue and white, while others are dinged and scratched.
They have a ship protocol of passenger handling (this includes how close you can get and etc.)and obey such rules as long as you do as well.
Other Variants are Butlers (Mr.Handy), Guards (Gutsy), and ??? (Sentry Bot)
<spoiler=The Trio +1>An odd group of women, all red haired and with pony tails they look similar in appearance but different enough to void out clones or triplets, they've come aboard in suits for business and combat (reinforced business suits!). Armed with Chinese Assault Rifles and small matching brown satchel. In pants and boots there a deadly force just by appearance (sun glasses included). Caucasian and they've come aboard with a sentry bot looking bright and spiffy (they are modest in nature and endowed likewise).
The leader is the tallest of them and seems to have a modified CAR (Chinese Assault Rifle). She'll be called Red Leader
The smallest carries around a machete noticeable by the handle sticking out of her bag. Red 2.
The medium height seems the nicest in an odd way and is seemed to be friends with Robin as of recent. Red 1.
