in the fallout universe, the vault was meant to conduct experiment on people, but not all the experiments were all that bad so if you could live in a vault-tec experiment, what one would you like to live in
you will have to live in the vault for the rest of your life
you will have to pick an experimental vault
it don't have to happen like in the cannon, so if you pick 111 Kellogg don't have to kill everyone, but if the experiment itself killed everyone then it will kill everyone again
Please don't pick vault 69 you pervert!

I would like to live in vault 21 unless if my luck is low
vault 29 as a 15 year old boy(or younger)
vault 42 with dim light
vault 53 with equipment breaking every few months
vault 55 with no entertainment tapes
vault 69 (but not because I'm a pervert)
vault 70 I'll just rewash the vault suit I have
vault 101 (the dictator overseer is better than dying out in the wasteland)
vault 108 (Gary was not part of the experiment so he was not cloned this time)
vault 111 (like i said Kellogg don't kill everyone this time) this is an acceptation to the live the rest of you life rule

Vault 8, cause it was a control vault (no experiment) and everything went fine. It is the origin of Vault City.

(Arent I fun? :p )

Edit: Dang...experimental...uh....gimme a sec

You already pointed that out too, but my answer is honestly Vault 111. Id rather see a better future, and if I was going into a vault, knowing, Id hope to see humanity after rebuilding the world, rather than during.

For other people to choose. There is a list near the bottom.

Vault 10. There was obviously plenty of food, and if staying fit was important... who needs equipment for situps and pullups and jumping jacks?

Also, I have a tendency for very good luck (in Fallout terms I'd say I have a 7 or 8 luck) so I'd have done pretty well in Vault 21.

None of them. Seriously, each and every one of these things are meant to break people somehow. I'd rather tough it out in the wastelands honestly.

Not vault 111 that wasn't made to break people and I think vault 42 was made to use less electricity
