Someone just reminded me of my Broken Bow (Rivet City) experience in Fallout 3. If you haven't been there. SPOILER AHEAD

I just walked in there, very slowly.. I saw a few traps here and there so I disarmed those. Then at one point, I stood still before room and the air was fluctuating. I put one step and half a second before I died I thought 'Click?'. My god, Havok engine really sent me flying!

And now, our final move. CAVALRY! CHARG-! (At this moment, The general is struck by mortar and killed)
