that's the only one I can think of off the top of my head that aren't direct licensing of actors, such as Jack Sparrow in KH2, and the James Bond games

A) Its in GTA San Andreas
and 2) I think the OP means characters designed to look like a person, rather then voice actors.

I know Ricky Gervais was in both GTA IV and Scarface: The World Is Yours. Luckily, despite this, I still enjoyed both games.
Samuel L Jackson was in GTA San Andreas.
Ron Pearlman in Turok.
And, if I'm not mistaken, Marlon Brando did the voice for The Godfather game before he died. (They had to finish the game with an impersonator).
That's all I can think of at the moment...

You know, that was what originally got me to purchase and play that game....Not because it was highly-rated, nor because it was a fantasy rpg......Nope- I got it because Patrick Stewart was in it.

Everything else after that point was a pleasant perk (except the hilarious lack of people doing voice acting....Along with a bunch of other stuff)

Anyway, I remember Starship Titanic having John Cleese as a neurotic time bomb that never wanted to detonate.....
