Farting: A Moral Problem

When is ok to fart. HOw long do you have to be dateing or married? When is it cool to fart in front of relations or friends are new people?
Edit: cool as in exceptable not as in amuseing or fun.

Why would you feel the need to do that? If you feel one building, for lack of a better phrase, excuse yourself out of the room. It's a natural function but you wouldn't start a new job and burp in your bosses face and fart during an interview. No reason why you'd do it whilst lying in bed with your lady friend either.

Is this a serious thread? I don't know if I'd ever think it was 'cool' for my partner to be proud of farting around me. If it happens, fine, but if they start bragging about it, that's just a little sad.

I'm not one of the people that's gonna get mad when people fart in public, and it is funny most of the time, but some people just take it a little too far sometimes. Or they could do stuff like this one show where a girl went around asking guys on the street, "May I fart in your mouth?" I was a little surprised at how many let her do it, and were happy about it. If I could find a clip of it, I would, but the show wasn't very popular, and I doubt it would be on Youtube. Too lazy to check though.

Seriously though? It's a fart, just either hold it until you're alone and if you can't then you can't.

I would suggest that if you're asking because this has happened, then all parties involved should get over it.

If you're asking because you're planning on it, don't just fart in public because you've met some unspoken landmark in your relationship.

If this is to settle an argument, you lose by default for asking the internet.

But seriously, it's a natural process, if a little dis-tasteful. If you're in a bad situation to fart in, try make it silent and deadly, and then blame it on the kids/pet/spouse. That wasn't particularly serious, was it?

Would you be surprised if I told you that my room mate and I find them funny? I'm 19 and he's 21. (Both Males if that makes a difference.)

One of my friends once had a GF who slapped him on the arse while he was lying in bed in the morning. He pretended like it really hurt so she said she would kiss it better. When she leant in he let one rip.

It was one of the funniest stories I had heard at the time and had us guys in stitches. She didn't find it that funny but laughed with us at the time.

I personally never let one rip around GFs. I go to the toilet or pretend to do something out of the room if it's urgent.

Like I said in my first post, it's funy at times, but sometimes, people can just take it too far. Do we really need the Dutch Oven? I can probably find another clip from Rad Girls on that one too, if I wasn't too lazy to go back to Youtube again.
