What's the fastest and or easiest way to start a fight?

Well, I'd say the easiest way is to just haul of and smack him from the get-go. lots of times, even if you REALLY insult a guy, he feels the need to work up to a fight, but if YOU start by getting physical, there really isn't any non-violent response to that.

But, that's just my opinion...

France invited us, dammit! I don't know where anyone got the idea to say we invaded them! Poland even went so far as to have a welcoming party! Italy, don't even joke. They were in the slums and we bailed them out!
